Abstract
Kantor konsultan pajak I Gede Arianta adalah sebuah kantor yang memberikan layanan jasa professional akuntan dan konsultan pajak dengan standar professional yang berlaku. Saat ini pencatatan kegiatan konsultasi antara staf dan klien tidak ada sehingga bisa berdampak pada permasalahan klien yang tidak kunjung selesai. Pengelolaan data klien yang tidak tersedia secara terpusat, hal ini dikarenakan data klien masih berupa lampiran kertas yang disimpan oleh staf dan berdampak untuk kehilangan berkas lampiran kertas. Pelaporan perpajakan bulanan atau perpajakan tahunan tidak tercatat, tidak tervalidasi dan sulit dipantau oleh pimpinan sehingga berdampak perpajakan klien tidak bisa terbayarkan dan terlaporkan. Pengelolaan tanda terima dokumen yang belum ada dan berdampak atas penanggung jawab kehilangan atau kesalahpahaman terhadap dokumen yang diberikan. Berdasarkan masalah-masalah yang diuraikan diatas, maka dapat diberikan solusi untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring pekerjaan kantor konsultan pajak I Gede Arianta. Dalam pengerjaan sistem informasi menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki 19 kebutuhan fungsional untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada kantor. Pada pengujian sistem informasi dilakukan dengan black box testing dan user acceptance testing. Black box testing terdapat 19 uji fungsionalitas sistem yang menghasilkan 100% valid. Kemudian pada user acceptance testing untuk mengetahui sistem diterima oleh pengguna akhir (pimpinan dan staf). Pimpinan menghasilkan nilai penerimaan sebesar 96,67% dan staf menghasilkan nilai penerimaan sebesar 87,5% yang artinya pengguna akhir sangat menerima sistem informasi yang telah dibuat.
English Abstract
Tax Consultant Office I Gede Arianta is an office that gives professional accountant and tax consultant services with applicable professional standards. Currently, the recording of consultation activities between staff and clients does not exist so that it can impact on the client's problems are not completed. Client data management that is not centrally available, because client data is still a paper attachment stored by staff and has the effect of losing paper attachment files. Reporting of monthly taxation or annual taxation is unrecorded, unvalidated and difficult to monitor by the boss so as to impact the unpaid and reported taxation of clients. Management of receipt of documents that have not existed and impact on the person in charge of loss or misunderstanding of the documents provided. Based on the problems described above, given a solution to develop information systems monitoring the work of tax consultant I Gede Arianta. In the process of information systems using the Waterfall model software development. The developed system has 19 functional requirements to support business processes at the office. In testing the information system is done with black-box testing and user acceptance testing. In black-box testing, there is 19 test system functionality that yields 100% valid. User acceptance testing used to know the system is accepted by the end users (leadership and staff). Leaders generate an acceptance value of 96.67% and staff generate an acceptance value of 87.5% which means the end users is very receptive to the information system that has been made.
