Abstract
Konseling adalah suatu proses untuk memberikan bantuan terkait dalam pemilihan keputusan, pembuatan rencana, dan lain sebagainya dari konselor. Salah satu organisasi yang memiliki layanan konseling adalah Fakultas Imu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya (FILKOM UB). Namun, berdasarkan wawancara yang, ada beberapa mahasiswa yang belum memanfaatkan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) tersebut dengan baik.Dari sisi layanan BK, layanan tersebut belum memiliki sistem informasi untuk mengelola rekapitulasi data konseling dan kegiatan psikotes. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu menghubungkan konselor dengan mahasiswa FILKOM secara tidak langsung, serta dapat mengelola data konseling dan kegiatan psikotes. Untuk mengembangkan sistem tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rational Unified Processing (RUP). Metode ini dipilih karena selain mendukung proses pengulangan dalam pengembangan sistem, metode ini juga dapat mengontrol perubahan-perubahan yang ada. Setelah implementasi dan pengujian dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa semua fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik dengan nilai validitas 100%. Pengujian kompabilitas menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki kompabilitas yang baik. Hasil pengujian keberterimaan pengguna terhadap sistem dari mahasiswa sebesar 81,3%, dan hasil keberterimaan sistem dari konselor sebesar 88,57%. Kedua nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa konselor dan mahasiswa sangat setuju terhadap sistem yang dibuat. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem diterima oleh mahasiswa dan konselor.
English Abstract
Counseling is a process to helping people in giving decision making from the counselor to his client. One of the organization that has counseling service is Computer Faculty in Brawijaya University. But, according to the interview, there are some students who haven’t used this service. In addition from the counseling service’s side itself, the counseling service hasn’t had a system that can manage the recap from the counseling, dan manage the psychotest. From that problems, the counseling service needs a system that can connecting the students and the counselor without having to meet directly, and can manage the psychotest and recap data from the counseling. This research uses rational unified process (RUP) in order to build the system because it supports looping process and it can controls the changes in the system’s building process. After the system has implemented and tested, the result from the black box testing is shows that all the functional requirements are working well with 100% of validation score. From compability testing, it found that the system has a good compability to Firefox, Goolge Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Opera. Finally, from user acceptance testing, the counselor has 88.57% of acceptance score, while the students has 81.3% of the acceptance score to the system. It means that both the counselor and the students accept the system well.
