Abstract
Evaluasi kesuksesan implementasi pada sistem informasi dalam sebuah perusahaan sangat diperlukan. Dengan adanya evaluasi ini diharapkan sistem informasi produksi udang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja dari pihak karyawan dalam mengelola data-data perusahaan terutama pada Departemen Produki Udang. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan model DeLone & McLean. Dimana terdapat 6 variabel yaitu system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, dan net benefit. Pada variabel system quality terdapat 5 indikator, information quality terdapat 5 indikator, service quality terdapat 3 indikator, use terdapat 2 indikator, user satisfaction terdapat 2 indikator, dan net benefit terdapat 2 indikator. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode pengambilan data yaitu teknik wawancara dan teknik observasi. Dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dinyatakan bahwa Pada variabel use dan user satisfaction masuk kedalam kategori Sangat Tinggi dengan nilai yang dihasilkan adalah 94% dan 82%. Pada variabel system quality, information quality, dan service quality masuk kedalam kategori Tingggi dengan masing-masing nilai yang diperoleh adalah 76%, 72%, dan 79%. Pada variabel net benefit masuk kedalam kategori Cukup Rendah dengan nilai yang diperoleh adalah 60%. Dari keenam variabel dengan belum mendapatkan 100% dari kategori Cukup Rendah, Tinggi, dan Sangat Tinggi perlu untuk meningkatkan kelayakan operasional agar ketegorinya dapat mencapai kategori Sangat Tinggi sehingga pengguna merasakan kemudahan dan mempercepat kinerjanya yang diberikan oleh Sistem Informasi Produksi Udang.
English Abstract
Evaluation of successful implementation of information systems within a company is necessary. With this evaluation, it is expected shrimp production information system can simplify and accelerate the performance of the employees in managing company data. Especially on the Departement of Shrimp Production. Evaluation was done using DeLone & McLean Models. Where there are 6 variavles are system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefit. In the system quality variable there are 5 indicators, information quality variable there are 5 indicators, service quality variable there are 5 indicators, use variable there are 3 indicators, user satisfaction variable there are 2 indicators, and net benefit variable there are 2 indicators. From the results of the evaluation conducted stated that the use and user satisfaction variables into the category Very High with the resulting value is 96% and 82%. In the variables system quality, information quality, and service quality into the High category with each value obtained is 76%, 72%, and 79%. In the net benefit variable entered into the category Low Enough with the value obtained is 60%. Of the six variables with not getting 100% of the category Very High so that users feel the ease and speed up the performance provided by Shrimp Production Information System.
