Abstract

Integrated Billing System (IBS) merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang dikembangkan oleh PT. PELINDO yang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pertukaran data dan informasi kepelabuhanan. Sistem ini berbasis pada aplikasi website yang terintegrasi antar instansi dan pelaku industri. Namun, dalam proses penerapannya kepada setiap cabang yang dimiliki memiliki tingkat keberhasilan yang berbeda dikarenakan berbagai faktor yang ada di setiap daerah. Misalnya seperti yang terjadi pada penerapan sistem di PT. PELINDO III Cabang Tanjung Wangi. Pengguna merasa bahwa penerapan sistem kurang bermanfaat dan sulit untuk digunakan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi guna memastikan penerapan sistem memberikan dampak positif kepada penggunanya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat penerimaan dan kesuksesan implementasi sistem IBS dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Human Organization Technology (HOT-Fit) model. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dimana responden yang dipilih sejumlah 18 responden berdasarkan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan sistem IBS sudah mencapai kategori baik dengan nilai mencapai 79,35%. Sedangkan tingkat kesuksesannya berdasarkan model HOT-Fit mencapai nilai 79,56% dan dikategorikan baik.

English Abstract

Integrated Billing System (IBS) is an information system which developed by PT. PELINDO to facilitate the exchange of data and information of a harbor. This system is based on website applications which integrated between agencies and industrial player. However, in the process of application to each branch appear a different success rate due to various factors that exist in each branch. Like what happened in the implementation of the system at PT. PELINDO III Tanjung Wangi Branch. Users feel that the application of the system is less useful and difficult to use. Therefore, an evaluation is needed to ensure that the implementation of the system has a positive impact on its users. The objective of this research is to describe the acceptance and success rate of the implementation IBS using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Human Organization Technology (HOT-Fit) model. Data collection was done by spreading the questionnaire where the number of respondents selected was 18 respondents based on saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the acceptance level of the IBS system has reached good category with the value reaching 79.35%. While the success rate based on HOT-Fit model reached 79.56% and categorized good.
