Abstract
Mendefinisikan dan menentukan prioritas kebutuhan fungsional perlu dilakukan pada saat mengembangkan sistem informasi. Tujuan dari pendefinisian dan penentuan prioritas tersebut adalah untuk membantu organisasi mengetahui kebutuhan fungsional mana yang memang penting dan dibutuhkan, sehingga akan membantu mengurangi kesalahan ketika melakukan implementasi sistem. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pendefinisian kebutuhan fungsional dan penentuan prioritas dengan menggunakan metode Quality Functional Deployment (QFD). Metode QFD digunakan untuk menemukan kebutuhan fungsional sistem berdasarkan pada keinginan konsumen. Terdapat tiga tahap utama dalam metode QFD. Pertama adalah proses untuk mendapatkan Voice of Customer (VoC). VoC atau suara pelanggan adalah deskripsi dari keinginan dan kebutuhan yang didapatkan dari pelanggan, dari VoC tersebut selanjutnya akan dihasilkan kebutuhan fungsional. Kedua adalah pembentukan matriks House of Quality (HoQ). Pada matriks HoQ akan menghasilkan bobot prioritas dari masing-masing kebutuhan fungsional. Tahap terakhir adalah analisis hasil dari matriks HoQ. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara kepada informan yang berjumlah 8 orang. Dari hasil penyusunan HoQ diperoleh sejumlah 24 VoC dan 28 kebutuhan fungsional, serta dari perhitungan bobot importance rating dengan bobot relasi diperoleh nilai prioritas untuk masing-masing kebutuhan fungsional. Sedangkan dari hasil penyusunan roof matrix, hubungan yang didapatkan dari korelasi antar kebutuhan fungsional adalah hubungan kuat positif dan positif, pada penelitian ini tidak ditemukan hubungan kuat negatif dan negatif.
English Abstract
Functional requirements need to be defined and specified the priority on developing information systems. The purpose of the definition and determination of priorities is to help organizations found out where the functional requirements are indeed important and needed, so that will help reduce errors when doing system implementation. This research was conducted on the definition of the functional needs and the determination of priorities by using the method of Quality Functional Deployment (QFD). QFD method used to discover the functional requirements of the system based on the desires of the customer. There are three main steps in the QFD method. The first is the process to get the Voice of Customer (VoC). The VOC or the voice of the customer is a description of the wants and needs of customers, from the VoC will then be produced functional requirements. The second is the development of matrix House of Quality (HoQ). The HoQ matrix will produce on the weighting of priorities from each of the functional requirements. The last phase is the analysis of the results of the matrix HoQ. This research was conducted using qualitative methods to interview informants that add up to 8 people. From the results of the preparation of HoQ retrieved a number of VOC 24 and 28 functional requirements, as well as of the calculation of the weighted importance rating with weights relation obtained priority value for each of the functional requirements. Whereas the results of the preparation of roof matrix, a relationship that is obtained from the correlation between functional requirements is a strong positive and positive relationships, on this research not found strong negative and negative relationships.
