Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis membahas salah satu masalah tentang Jenis Dan Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Kementerian Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisa efektifitas ketentuan Pasal 22 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 128 Tahun 2015 Tentang Jenis Dan Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Kementerian Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional di Desa Banjaranyar, Kecamatan Kras, Kabupaten Kediri dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya dalam penerapan ketentuan Pasal 22 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 128 Tahun 2015 Tentang Jenis Dan Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Kementerian Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional di Desa Banjaranyar, Kecamatan Kras, Kabupaten Kediri. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pemerintah Desa Banjaranyar, Kecamatan Kras, Kabupaten Kediri sebaiknya dalam pelaksaanan Pelaksanaan Ketentuan Pasal 22 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 128 Tahun 2015 Tentang Jenis Dan Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Kementerian Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional Di Desa Banjaranyar, Kecamatan Kras, Kabupaten Kediri segera melakukan kordinasi dengan Kantor Kecamatan Kras terkait penerapan pasal tersebut di desa. Pemerintah Desa Banjaranyar dalam pelaksanaan Pelaksanaan Ketentuan Pasal 22 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 128 Tahun 2015 Tentang Jenis Dan Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Kementerian Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional Di Desa Banjaranyar, Kecamatan Kras, Kabupaten Kediri kedepannya, sebaiknya memberikan penyuluhan hukum terkait PNBP dan mendorong agar kelompok-kelompok civil society juga berperan aktif dalam melakukan advokasi kepada masyarakat dalam kategori pihak tertentu untuk melakukan upaya hukum serta memberikan pemahaman terkait pemenuhan hak atas pertanahan.

English Abstract

In this study the authors discuss one of the problems about the Types And Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenue Applying to the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial / National Land Agency. The purpose of this study To identify, analyze the effectiveness of the provisions of Article 22 of Government Regulation No. 128 of 2015 concerning Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenues Applicable to the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial / National Land Agency in Banjaranyar, Kras, Kediri and To know and analyze the efforts in applying the provisions of Article 22 of Government Regulation Number 128 of 2015 concerning Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenues Applicable In the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Land Spatial / National Land Agency in Banjaranyar Village, Kras Sub-district, Kediri Regency. The research method using this type of research is empirical juridical and the approach used in this research is sociological juridical approach. The results of this study are Banjaranyar Village Government, Kras Subdistrict, Kediri Regency should be in implementing Implementation of Provisions Article 22 of Government Regulation Number 128 Year 2015 About Types And Tariffs Of Non-Tax State Revenues Applicable In The Ministry Of Agrarian And Land Spatial / National Land Agency In Banjaranyar Village, Kras Sub-district, Kediri District immediately coordinated with the Kras District Office regarding the application of the article in the village. Banjaranyar Village Government in the Implementation of the Implementation of Provisions Article 22 of Government Regulation Number 128 Year 2015 About Types And Tariffs Of Non-Tax State Revenues Applicable In The Ministry Of Agrarian And Land Spatial / National Land Agency In Banjaranyar Village, Kras Sub-district, Kediri Regency in the future, Legal counseling related to PNBP and encourage civil society groups to also play an active role in advocating for the community in certain categories of parties to conduct legal remedies and to provide an understanding related to the fulfillment of the right to land.
