Abstract
Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) Universitas Brawijaya adalah fakultas dibawah naungan Universitas Brawijaya, yang dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan perkuliahanya tidak lepas dari penggunaan sarana prasarana. Seiring dengan berjalannya kegiatan tersebut, sarana prasarana akan mengalami kerusakan yang menyebabkan berkuranganya fungsi dan kegunaannya. Solusi sementara adalah dengan civitas akademik FILKOM melaporkan kepada pegawai Perlengkapan langsung secara lisan atau melalui website E-Complaint Universitas Brawijaya. Permasalahan yang muncul dari proses melaporkan keluhan tersebut adalah kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi sarana prasarana yang dilaporkan sehingga membutuhkan waktu pelaporan yang cukup lama yaitu antara 4 sampai 6 menit. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkanlah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelaporan Sarana dan Prasarana yang dapat digunakan civitas akademik untuk melaporkan keluhan sarana prasarana di lingkup wilayah FILKOM UB. Sistem informasi ini juga dapat digunakan untuk melacak status pelaporan dari keluhan-keluhan yang telah dilaporkan, baik oleh pihak pelapor sendiri maupun oleh civitas akademik lainnya. Pengembangan dari sistem informasi ini dibagi menjadi pengembangan aplikasi android untuk pelapor dan website operator untuk pegawai Perlengkapan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi ini adalah menggunakan waterfall model. Kemudian untuk menguji hasil implementasi dari fungsi pelaporan dan pelacakan status pelaporan, akan dilakukan pengujian validation, pengujian usability dan pengujian perbandingan waktu. Dari tahap pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan disediakannya fitur kamera dan pindai kode QR, sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat mempercepat proses pelaporan keluhan dan juga sistem informasi ini dapat mempercepat pelacakan status pelaporan sarana prasarana.
English Abstract
Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Brawijaya University is a faculty under Brawijaya University, which in carrying out administrative and academic activities can not be separated from the use of infrastructure facilities. As those activities goes by, infrastuctures will eventually break and causing the reduction of function and its usefulness. Currently applied solution is by the academic community of FILKOM reporting to the Equipment staff spoken directly or through the EComplaint website of Brawijaya University. The problem that arises from the process of reporting the complaint is the difficulty in identifying the infrastructure being reported so that it takes a long reporting time of between 4 to 6 minutes. Based on these problems, Infrastructure Reporting Management Information System that can be used by academic community to report complaints of infrastructure facilities in region of FILKOM UB are developed. This information system can also be used to track the status of reported complaints, either by the reporting party itself or by other academic community. The development of this information system is divided into development of android applications for reporters and operators website for Equipment staff. Software development method used to develop this information system is using waterfall model. Then to test the implementation result of the reporting and status tracking function, validation testing, usability testing and time comparison testing were performed. From the testing phase it was found that with the availability of camera features and QR code scan, the developed information system can accelerate the complaint reporting process and also this information system can accelerate the tracking of the reporting status of infrastructure facilities.
