Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena bahwa usaha kecil konveksi pakaian jadi Cipulir Jakarta Selatan produknya menurun drastis akibat ketatnya persaingan dengan produk pakaian jadi dari Cina setelah diberlakukannya perdagangan bebas. Ada dugaan kinerja usaha kecil menurun disebabkan belum berperannya kewirausahaan, peranan pemerintah dan kompetensi manajerial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdukung hubungan antar variabel tersebut hasilnya sangat beragam, ada yang berhubungan dan ada yang tidak. Dengan adanya fenomena dan variasi hasil penelitian maka dijadikan latar belakang untuk meneliti lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan menjelaskan pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha serta yang dimediasi oleh variabel kompetensi manajerial dan dimoderasi oleh peranan pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan setting penelitian Usaha Kecil pakaian jadi Pasar Cipulir Jakarta Selatan. Populasi 700 Usaha Kecil pakaian jadi yang diwakili oleh para pengusahanya dan diambil sampel sebanyak 255 dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data menggunakan teknik PLS ( Partial Least Squares ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja usaha kecil. Peranan pemerintah belum bisa memperkuat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha. Namun orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi manajerial, demikian juga kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha kecil. Kompetensi manajerial menjadi syarat agar orientasi kewirausahaan berkemampuan meningkatkan kinerja usaha kecil.
English Abstract
The research was conducted based on the phenomenon that small convection Cipulir South Jakarta apparel products decreased drastically due to intense competition with apparel products from China after the enactment of free trade. There are allegations of the performance of small businesses has declined due role entrepreneurship, support of government, managerial competence. Based on the results of the study supported these variables assessed after the result was very diverse, especially about the relationship between variables. Some are related and others not related. With the phenomenon and research result is then used as a background to investigate further. The purpose of this study was to quantify andexplain the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance and the moderating influence factors and the role of government as well as the factors mediating influence managerial competencies of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method to research settings Small Business Cipulir apparel market in South Jakarta. The population is 700 Small Business apparel entrepreneurs represented. The population was reduced to a sample of 255 by using Slovin formula. Analysis of data using techniques PLS (Partial Least Squares). Research Results show that Entrepreneurship Orientation don`t affect to the performance of small businesses. The role of government has not been able strengthen to the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation to business performance. However Entrepreneurship Orientation there is effect on managerial competence, managerial competence as well as an effect on the performance of small businesses. Managerial competence a requirement that an entrepreneurial orientation capable of improving the performance of small businesses.
