Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh kapabilitas dan penciptaan nilai terhadap keunggulan kompetitif; 2) Mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh kapabilitas, penciptaan nilai dan keunggulan kompetitif terhadap daya tarik; 3) Mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh keunggulan kompetitif sebagai mediator hubungan antara kapabilitas dan penciptaan nilai terhadap daya tarik. Responden penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung di kota Bandung sebanyak 160 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan skala pengukuran dalam penelitian ini adalah itemized rating scales, dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Alat analisis yang digunakan analisis Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis komponen GSCA (Generalized structured component analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas (keunikan) bepengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan daya tarik. Penciptaan nilai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan daya tarik. Keunggulan kompetitif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya tarik. Keunggulan kompetitif sebagai mediasi parsial antara kapabilitas (keunikan) dan penciptaan nilai terhadap daya tarik.
English Abstract
The objectives of this research are to: 1) determine and evaluate the effect of value creation capability and competitive advantage; 2) determine and evaluate the influence of capabilities, value creation and competitive advantage on the appeal; 3) know and evaluate the effect of competitive advantage as the mediator relationship between capabilities and value creation toward attractiveness. The respondents of this study were 160 of tourists who visit the city of Bandung. The technique used to determine the scale of measurement in this study are itemized rating scales, using a Likert scale. Analysis tools used in this study is stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on the components GSCA (Generalized structured component analysis). The finding of this study showed that the capability (uniqueness) has significantly influence toward the competitive advantage and attractiveness. The value creation has significantly influence towards the competitive advantage and attractiveness. The competitive advantage significantly influences toward the attractiveness. The competitive advantage partially mediates the capability and the value creation towards the attractiveness.
