Abstract

Adanya program ekstensifikasi dan intensifikasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan telah menyumbangkan perubahan ekosistem pertanian yang kurang baik yakni pencemaran lingkungan oleh residu-residu pestisida, munculnya hama-hama baru dan ketahanan hama terhadap pestisida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketertariakan beberapa Arthropoda musuh alami hama padi terhadap blok refugia (Tagetes erecta, Bidens pilosa, Mimosa pudica, Cyperus rotundus) dan plot pengamatan yang semakin jauh dari blok refugia di empat periode pengamatan Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei s/d Oktober 2010 di Desa Sekarpuro Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Koleksi refugia terdiri dari 4 spesies tumbuhan yakni Tagetes erecta, Bidens pilosa, Mimosa pudica, Cyperus rotundus. Blok refugia berukuran 1x1m 2 . Pengamatan dilakukan sebanyak 4 periode yakni periode pengamatan I dilakukan pada pukul 07.00-08.00 WIB, periode II dilakukan pada pukul 09.00-10.00 WIB. Periode III dilakukan pada pukul 12.00-13.00 WIB dan periode ke empat pada pukul 15.00-16.00 WIB. Pengamatan dilakukan pada 4 plot pengamatan dengan jarak antar plot 2 m. Lama pengamatan 15 menit. Penelitian dilakukan selama 15 hari. Metode pengamatan yang digunakan adalah “ visual controll ”. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan pola distribusi spasial dan distribusi temporal menggunakan analisis Regresi dan ANOVA dengan Rancangan Faktorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blok refugia berpengaruh terhadap ketertarikan kelimpahan kunjungan musuh alami (P 0,05). Respon polinomial menunjukkan pola kunjungan musuh alami adalah berpola acak (R 2adjusted 0.5 (atau 50%)). Famili yang menunjukkan kelimpahan terbanyak adalah famili Coccinellidae (62,67 ± 1,86 individu/hari) dan famili yang menunjukkan kelimpahan paling sedikit adalah famili Vespidae (9,2 ± 0,84 individu/hari). Rata-rata kelimpahan musuh alami terbanyak terdapat pada plot pertama (543,75 ± 107,41 individu/temporali) dan temporal kedua (478,40 ± 82,93 individu/plot). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat 6 famili Arthropoda musuh alami dan hama yang mempunyai pola distribusi spasial dan atau pola distribusi temporal. Diantaranya adalah Coccinellidae, Libellulidae, Tetragnatidae, Tettigoniidae, Formicidae, Drosophilidae. Secara keseluruhan musuh alami pengunjung blok refugia menunjukkan pola distribusi temporal (P 0,05) dan tidak menunjukkan pola distribusi secara spasial (P0,05). Blok refugia menunjukkan beda nyata antara plot 1 dengan 3 dan 4 dalam menarik musuh alami.

English Abstract

extensive and intensive program in agriculture system to fulfill lack of food has contribute change of this system. Those include pollution of environment as rest of pesticides effect. Using various plants of refugia is expected to give alternative in habitat so that it can maximize natural enemies in fields. aims of this study are knowing attractivity of several nature anemies of rice pest in rice field of Pakis-Malang to a refugia blog ( Tagetes erecta, Bidens pilosa, Memosa pudica, Cyperus rotundus ) and three observation plots pun in a line transect. study was conducted in May - October 2010 on rice field in Sekarpuro, Pakis, Malang Regency. Refugia collection was a group of four plant species (Tagetes erecta, Bidens pilosa, Mimosa pudica, Cyperus rotundus). refugia blog was 1x1m 2 in quadrat shape. Observations were done as many as four periods: first period were done at 07:00 to 8:00, period II at 9:00 to 10:00, period III at 12:00 to 13:00 and fourth period at 15.00 to 16.00. se were done in four plots with distance of each plot two meters. Length of observation 15 minutes. study was conducted for 15 days. method of this study was a modification of visual control. abundance of natural enemies and pattern of spatial and temporal distributions can be identified based on Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with factorial design and regression. result of research showed that effect of refugia blog was significant to pattern of daily visits of natural enemies (P 0,05). Polynomial responds showed a random pattern (R 2adjusted 0.5 (or 50%). most of natural enemies preferred first plot contain a refugia blog (543,75 ± 107,4 individu/temporal). Those were showed highest abundance in second temporal (478,40 ± 82,93 individu/blog). most abundant of natural enemies was belong to Coccinelidae (62,67 ± 6,38 individu/day), and fewest was belong to Vespidae (9,2 ± 1,86 individu/day). re were six families of Arthropod that have a pattern of spatial and temporal distributions, as follow: Coccinellidae, Libellulidae, Tetragnatidae, Tettigoniidae, Formicidae, and Drosophilidae. Overall, natural enemies visiting refugia blog and o r plots showed a temporal distribution pattern (P 0,05) but those did not show a spatial distribution pattern (P0,05). blog of refugia can exactly influence natural enemies.
