Abstract
MEA merupakan kebijakan ASEAN yang bertujuan untuk menyetarakan perekonomian anggota ASEAN. MEA menjadikan pasar ASEAN bebas dalam segi barang, jasa, investasi, dan tenaga kerja. MEA memunculkan tantangan dan peluang bagi pelaku ekonomi. Salah satu pelaku ekonomi adalah UKM. Kesiapan dalam menghadapi MEA bagi UKM diperlukan agar terus berproduksi dan bersaing dengan anggota ASEAN lainnya. Kota Malang banyak dijumpai usaha kecil yang memproduksi makanan ringan sebagai oleh–oleh khas Malang. Melihat hal tersebut kesiapan UKM Kota Malang dalam menghadapi MEA menarik untuk diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini ingin mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung kesipan UKM dalam menghadapi MEA serta menguji kesesuain model kesiapan yang dibentuk. Kesiapan merupakan peubah laten yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung sehingga membutuhkan peubah laten lain untuk mengukur kesiapan yaitu pengetahuan MEA, perizinan dan daya saing. Sesuai permasalahan tersebut digunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori sebagai alat memperoleh informasi. Hasil analisis faktor konfirmatori yaitu faktor paling mendukung kesiapan UKM Kota Malang dalam menghadapi MEA adalah pengetahuan, kedua adalah daya saing dan faktor pendukung ketiga adalah perizinan usaha. Model pengukuran kesiapan yang dibentuk kurang baik ditunjukkan dengan nilai RMSEA dan RMR.
English Abstract
MEA is ASEAN policy which aims to compare the ASEAN member economies. MEA make ASEAN markets free in the sense of goods, services, investment and labor. MEA raises the challenges and opportunities for economic practitioners. One of the economic actors are UKM. The readiness in the face of MEA for UKM is needed in order to continue to produce and compete with other members of ASEAN. The City of Malang many found small businesses that produce light foods as by the special Malang. Seeing that the readiness of UKM Malang city in the face of MEA interesting to examined. In research want to identify factors UKM readiness supporters in the face of MEA and test the suitability of the model of the readiness of the formed. The readiness is a latent exchangeable that cannot be measured directly so that need other latent exchangeable to measure the readiness of the knowledge of MEA, permissions and competitiveness. According to these problems used confirmatory factor analysis as a tool to get information. The results of the analysis of factors confirmatory most factors support readiness of UKM Malang city in the face of MEA is knowledge, the second is the competitiveness and factors supporting the third is the permissions of the business. The measurement model the readiness that formed less good is shown with the value of RMSEA and RMR.
