Abstract
Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pengontrol suhu mengunakan hybrid kontrol fase bertahap dengan kontrol on-off pada tanur temperatur tinggi berbasis mikrokontroler ATmega16A. Hasil perancangan berupa alat pengontrol suhu pada tanur temperatur tinggi yang tersusun atas termokopel tipe-k sebagai sensor suhu, mikrokontroler Atmega16A sebagai pengolah data, keypad 4x4 dan lcd 16x2 sebagai antarmuka dengan pengguna, serta solid state relay sebagai elemen pensaklaran. Alat ini dapat bekerja pada rentang suhu 24 ºC hingga 1212 ºC. Untuk set-point yang sama, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan gabungan kontrol fase bertahap dengan kontrol on-off efektif untuk menurunkan lewatan maksimum dan kesalahan keadaan tunak dibandingkan hanya menggunakan kontrol on-off saja. Jika set-point yang digunakan semakin tinggi, maka lewatan maksimum dan kesalahan keadaan tunak yang dihasilkan akan semakin berkurang.
English Abstract
Design and development of temperature control system using hybrid steps phase control with on-off control in high temperature furnace based ATmega16A microcontroller has been done. The product of this design is a temperature control device in high temperature furnace which consists of type-k thermocouple as temperature sensor, ATmega16A microcontroller as processor, keypad 4x4 and lcd 16x2 as interface between device and user, and solid state relay as swicthing element. The device works at range of 24 ºC to 1212 ºC. For the same set-points, the experiment results show that hybrid steps phase control with on-off control is effective to reduce maximum oershoot than just only using on-off control. If set-point used is higher, then it will reduce maximum overshoot and steady state error.
