Abstract

Telah Dilakukan Kajian Karakteristik Biolistrik Kulit Ikan Lele ( Clarias Batrachus ) Dengan Metode Dielektrik Frekuensi Rendah Berdasarkan Pengukuran Kapasitansi Dan Impedansi Menggunakan Arus Ac, Yang Bertujuan Untuk Penentuan Kualitas Produk Perikanan Non-Destruktif, Dan Mengukur Karakteristik Biolistrik (Kapasitansi, Konduktivitas Dan Konstanta Dielektrik) Kulit Ikan Lele. Pengukuran Dilakukan Menggunakan Plat Tembaga Paralel Dan Lcr Meter Gw-Instek Seri 816 Dengan Probe Ganda L Dan H, Dan Diukur Pada Frekuensi Dibawah 2 Khz Yaitu Dari 100 Hz Sampai 2000 Hz. Pengukuran Yang Dilakukan Membandingkan Karakteristik Biolistrik Dengan Keadaan Fisik Dari Bahan Untuk Mendeteksi Kesegaran Kulit Ikan Lele. Kapasitansi Dan Konstanta Dielektrik Semakin Turun Ketika Frekuensi Dinaikkan. Penurunan Nilainya Secara Eksponensial Pada Frekuensi Dibawah 1000 Hz. Konduktivitas Kulit Ikan Lele Naik Secara Logaritmik Ketika Frekuensi Juga Dinaikkan. Karakteristik Biolistrik (Kapasitansi, Konduktivitas Dan Konstanta Dielektrik) Menurun Selama 7 Jam Pengamatan Yang Dilakukan. English Abstract

The Study Of Bioelectrical Properties On Catfish Skin By Low Frequency Dielectric Method Based On Capacitive And Impedance Measurement On Various Treatments Have Been Conducted By The Use Of Alternating Current Signal, As One Of The Direction For Nondestructive Quality Determination And For Measured Bioelectrical Properties (Capacitance,Conductivity And Dielectric Constant)On Catfish Skin. The Measurements Were Done By The Use Of Copper Parallel Plat And Lcr Meter Gw-Instek Series 816 With Dual Probes, And Were Measured On Frequency Under 2 Khz From 100 Hz Until 2000 Hz. The Measurement Have Always Used The Biolectrical Properties To Compare With Physical Properties To Detected The Freshness Of Catfish Skin. The Dielectric Constant And Capacitance Of Catfish Skin Were Decreased When The Frequency Signal Was Increased. The Decrease Was Exponential Especially At Frequecy Under 1000 Hz. The Conductivity Of Catfish Skin Increased Logarithmically When The Frequency Signal Was Increased.The Bioelectrical Properties (Capacitance,Conductivity And Dielectric Constant) Decreased During 7 Hours Of The Observation Time. Bioelectrical Properties Of Catfish Skin Can Be Used To Detect The Level Of Freshness (Quality) Of Catfish
