Abstract
Regresi logistik digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa peubah penjelas yang bersifat numerik atau kategorik terhadap peubah terikat yang bersifat kategorik. Metode ini dapat juga digunakan untuk proses pengklasifikasian. Ketepatan klasifikasi regresi logistik dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode bootstrap aggregating (bagging). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani cabai di Kabupaten Kediri dan Blitar beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dan menentukan ketepatan klasifikasi. Indikator kesejahteraan berdasarkan pendapatan petani. Data merupakan hasil survei BASELINE PROJEK USAID-INDONESIA terhadap petani cabai di Kabupaten Blitar dan Kabupaten Kediri tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani cabai di Kabupaten Blitar lebih banyak tidak sejahtera, sedangkan petani cabai di Kabupaten Kediri sebagian besar sejahtera. Berdasarkan hasil regresi logistik, disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan petani adalah lama pendidikan kepala rumah tangga (tahun), kepemilikan telepon rumah/telepon seluler, luas lahan (hektar), serta banyaknya sepeda motor yang dimiliki. Ketepatan klasifikasi regresi logistik adalah 82.52%. Metode Bagging Regresi Logistik dapat menaikkan ketepatan klasifikasi regresi logistik sebesar 2.57%.
