Abstract

Indonesia memiliki iklim tropis dan curah hujan yang tinggi sehingga mendukung untuk pertumbuhan banyak jenis buah dan sayuran. Semakin tingginya alih fungsi lahan pertanian membuat usaha pertanian konvesional terhambat. Teknologi pertanian dengan sistem hidroponik dapat menjadi alternatif sebagai sumber penghasilan yang memadai dengan hasil yang lebih baik tanpa perlu lahan yang luas. Pada sistem hidroponik NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) pengontrolan EC (pengolahan nutrisi) dan pH larutan akan mempengaruhi hasil panen terbaik tanaman. Setiap jenis dan umur tanaman membutuhkan larutan dengan EC yang berbeda-beda. Hasil panen tanaman selada daun hijau dengan parameter tinggi tanaman, panjang tanaman dan jumlah daun dari tanaman berumur 0 hari hingga 35 hari dan massa tanaman serta panjang akar pada umur 35 hari dibandingkan antara perlakuan EC sebesar 1200 μS/cm, 1500 μS/cm, 1800 μS/cm dan 2100 μS/cm pada tanaman umur 5 hari, 10 hari, 15 hari, 20 hari, 25 hari, 30 hari dan 35 hari. pH tanaman diatur berkisar antara 5,8 - 6 dan pengukuran suhu lingkungan sebagai data tambahan dilakukan setiap hari. Pada tahap awal semai hingga tanaman berumur 5 hari, tanaman selada cukup diberi larutan nutrisi dengan nilai EC 1200 μS/cm hingga tanaman berumur 10 hari. Selanjutnya tanaman selada membutuhkan larutan nutrisi dengan nilai EC 2100 μS/cm dari tanaman berumur 10 hari hingga 15 hari. Pada saat berumur 15 hari hingga panen yaitu berumur 35 hari, ix tanaman selada hanya membutuhkan larutan nutrisi dengan nilai EC 1800 μS/cm.

English Abstract

Indonesia has a tropical climate and high rainfall so that support for the growth of many types of fruit and vegetables. Increasing number of the agricultural land conversion make conventional farming is hampered. Agricultural technology with a hydroponics system can be an alternative source of income that is adequate with better results without a large land. In hydroponics system NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) controlling EC (nutrient recycling) and the pH of the solution will affect crop yields the best crop. Each type and age of the plant requires a solution with different EC. Yields of lettuce plants green leaves with parameters plant height, plant length and number of leaves of the plant were 0 days to 35 days and masses of plants and root length at the age of 35 days at harvest compared to the treatment EC of 1200 μS / cm, 1500 μS / cm, 1800 μS / cm and 2100 μS / cm at the plant age of 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days, 25 days, 30 days and 35 days. Lettuce crop is given a nutrient solution with an EC 1200 μS / cm up to 10 days old plants. Furthermore lettuce plants require the nutrient solution to the value of EC 2100 μS / cm from the plants aged 10 days to 15 days. When the lettuce age is 15 days until harvest setion is 35 days old, lettuce plants only need a nutrient solution with an EC 1800 μS / cm. pH regulated plants ranged from 5.8 to 6 and controled environtment temperature as additional data is doing every day.
