Abstract
Perkebunan Jeruk Pamelo di Desa Bendo, Kecamatan Maospati, Kabupaten Magetan merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan jeruk pamelo. Rantai pemasarannya hanya terbatas pada pedagang besar, pasar tradisional dan pedagang kecil. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut kualitas jeruk pamelo yang dipentingkan oleh pihak manajemen pasar modern khususnya Hypermarket Carrefour di Kota Madiun dan mengetahui respon teknis dari pihak koperasi terhadap keinginan pasar modern dan respon teknis dari petani terhadap keinginan koperasi. Pada analisis ini digunakan metode QFD untuk menentukan atribut kualitas yang dipentingkan dan respon teknisnya. Responden utama pada penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen hypermarket Carrefour Madiun, sedangkan respon teknis diperoleh dari pihak koperasi dan pihak petani kebun jeruk pamelo Kabupaten Magetan. Quality Function Deployment digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan atribut kualitas jeruk pamelo yang dipentingkan dan respon teknisnya. House Of Quality kemudian digunakan untuk mengetahui prioritas respon teknis yang dipentingkan dan mengetahui hubungan antar atribut yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan suara konsumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan voice of cunsomer. Prosedur umum dalam pengumpulan suara konsumen adalah sebagai berikut : a) menentukan atribut yang dipentingkan manajemen supermarket, b) mengukur tingkat kepentingan dari atribut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut kualitas Yng dipentingkan oleh Hypermarket Carrefour adalah ukuran dan rasa jeruk pamelo. Respon teknis yang dilakukan koperasi vi sebagai pemasok dalam pemenuhan keinginan hypermarket Carrefour Madiun adalah sortasi setelah proses pemanenan. Respon teknis yang dilakukan oleh petani terhadap keinginan koperasi adalah seleksi terhadap ukuran dan tingkat kematangan jeruk pamelo Kabupaten Magetan.
English Abstract
Pummelo orange plantation in Bendo village, District Maospati, Magetan is a business engaged in the citrus groves pamelo. Marketing chains are limited to large traders, traditional markets and small traders. The study aims to determine the quality attributes of orange pamelo which is made by the management of a modern market especially Carrefour Hypermarket in Kota Madiun and know the technical response of the cooperative against the wishes of the modern market and technical response to the wishes of the farmer cooperatives. In this analysis QFD method is used to determine the quality attributes are overlooked and technical response. The main respondents in this study is the management of hypermarket Carrefour Madiun, while the technical response obtained from the farmers cooperative and citrus orchards pamelo Magetan. Quality Function Deployment used in this study to determine the quality attributes of orange pamelo the emphasis and technical response. House Of Quality is then used to determine the priority technical response which is made and determine the relationship between the attributes that have been determined. In this study, a poll of consumers conducted by using the voice of cunsomer. The general procedure in collecting the voice of consumers is as follows: a) determine the attributes overlooked supermarket management, b) measuring the level of importance of the attribute. The results showed that the quality attributes Yng necessitated by the Carrefour Hypermarket is the size and flavor of orange pamelo. Technical responses that do cooperative as a supplier in the fulfillment of desire hypermarket Carrefour viii Madiun is sorting after harvesting process. Technical responses collected by the farmers against the wishes of the cooperative is the selection of the size and maturity level orange pamelo Magetan
