Abstract
Abon menjadi salah satu produk olahan makanan yang dapat memberikan peluang bisnis menguntungkan bagi Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. UKM Ailani merupakan salah satu produsen yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan pangan khususnya abon jamur di Kota Malang. Keinginan produsen untuk melakukan perbaikan panjualan, perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan mengetahui posisi produk di pasar. Tanggapan konsumen mengenai produk Abon Jamur Ailani bisa diketahui dengan melakukan analisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen dengan integrasi metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil analisis dengan metode IPA menunjukkan bila yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki kinerjanya, yaitu atribut tekstur, atribut masa kadaluarsa dan atribut kemudahan dalam memperoleh produk. Kemudian untuk atribut-atribut yang tetap dipertahankan, yakni atribut rasa, atribut harga, atribut produk, atribut tidak adanya kerusakan kemasan, atribut adanya kandungan bahan tambahan perasa, atribut kepraktisan kemasan, atribut warna dan bahan kemasan dan atribut brand image. Nilai CSI dari Abon Jamur Ailani didapatkan sebesar 76%. Nilai CSI sebesar 76% menunjukkan bahwa nilai CSI Abon Jamur Ailani terletak pada rentang 0.66-0.80 degan kreteria
English Abstract
Meat floss is one of the processing food that made a great busines to UKM in Indonesia and Ailani's food is one of them which produce and process mushroom to floss in Malang. They had to fix in selling and had to know about their position in market. Customer satisfaction intergration with Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods used to know about Ailani's mushroom floss customer's feedback. The IPA analysis result showed if texture attribute, expired date attribute, and the ease to get product attribute are the main priority to fixed. Then flavor attribute, price attribute, product attribute, no damaged packaging attribute, flavoring ingredients added attribute, packaging practicality attribute, color design and materials packaging attribute, and brand image attribute are attributes to maintained. The value result of CSI is 76% which means if Ailani's mushrooms floss placed on 0.66 - 0.80 range with "satisfied" category
