Abstract
Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UKMM) mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan eknomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja juga berperan dalam pendistribusian hasil-hasil pembangunan. Kabupaten Probolinggo merupakan salah satu daerah di Jawa Timur yang memiliki banyak UMKM. Pada saat ini UMKM di Kabupaten Probolinggo masih mengalami permasalahan modal, SDM dan pemasaran, yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara (pengaruh dan hubungan) kredit, SDM dan pemasaran terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) dengan responden yang memiliki pernah memperoleh kredit dari pemerintah atau lembaga perbankan lainnya yang bergerak dalam bidang agroindustri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kredit tidak berpengaruh pada pemasaran UMKM dan kinerja UMKM. SDM berpengaruh pada pemasaran tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja UMKM. Pemasaran tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja UMKM. Model matematis dimodelkan dengan Y1= 0,227X1 + 0,592X2 dan Y2 = 0,3999X1+0,271X2+0,353Y1.. Nilai FIT dan AFIT sebesar 0,475 dan 0,454, yang menunjukan variasi variabel yang dapat dijelaskan oleh model sebesar 47,5% dan sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain yakni aspek teknis dan teknologi produksi, kebijakan pemerintah dan social budaya.
English Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprices (MSMEs) has a strategic role in national economic development, in addition to hava a role in the growth of economics and employment also play a role in the distribution of outcomes development. Probolinggo is one of regional in east java which has many MSME. At this time, the MSMEs in Probolinggo are still having problems in capital, human resources and marketing, which can affect the performance of MSMEs. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between (the influence and relationships) credit, human resources and marketing on the performance of SMEs in Probolinggo. The method of this research was using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) with the respondents who never received a credit from the government or other banking institutions which engaged in agro-industries. These results indicate that the credit variable has no effect on the marketing of SMEs and SME performance. HR effect on marketing but had no effect on the performance of SMEs. Marketing has no effect on the performance of SMEs. Model were mathematically modeled by Y1 = 0,227X1 + 0,592X2 and Y2 = 0,3999X1 + 0,271X2 + 0,353Y1. FIT value and AFIT value of 0.475 and 0.454, which shows the variation of variables that can be explained by the model of 47.5% and the rest is explained by other variables xvi named technical and technological aspects of production, government policies and social culture
