Abstract
Banyaknya usaha keripik buah di Kota Batu memicu terjadinya persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu cara agar UKM tetap bertahan di industri keripik buah serta dapat melakukan pengembangan yang berkelanjutan yaitu dengan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komponen teknologi yang berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kinerja produksi di UKM. Variabel variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel technoware, humanware, orgaware, infoware, kinerja produksi, dan pengembangan UKM. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis komponen teknologi terhadap peningkatan kinerja produksi dalam pengembangan UKM keripik buah di Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari hasil penelitian terhadap technoware, humanware, infoware, orgaware, kinerja produksi, dan pengembangan UKM didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai factor loading masing-masing sebesar 0,167 , 0,314 , 0,304 , 0,407 , dan 0,478 dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,852 dan 0,228. Dari hasil analisa keempat komponen teknologi pada kinerja produksi dapat diketahui variabel yang paling dominan adalah orgaware sebesar 40,7%.
English Abstract
The rapid growth of fruit chips enterprises in Batu City triggering a strict compettition among enterprises. Obtaining the influence of technology components toward the improvements of production performance on the development of fruit chip medium enterprises is needed to keep up the competitiveness of fruit chip medium scale enterprises. The variables used in this study are technoware, humanware, orgaware, infoware, production performance, dan the development of enterprises. The objective of study is analyzing the influence of technology components toward the improvements of production performance on the development of fruit chip medium scale enterprises in Batu City. The method used in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS). From the results of study on technoware, humanware, orgaware, infoware, production performance, and the development of enterprises affecting significantly the value of the factor loading each of 0,167 , 0,314 , 0,304 , 0,407 , and 0,478 with a value of R-Square of 0,852 and 0,228. From the results of measurements on the components of technology the most dominant variable is 40,7% of orgaware
