Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi roda ekonomi yang tangguh dalam menghadapi perubahan situasi pasar, memiliki potensi dan peranan yang cukup strategis untuk mewujudkan struktur perekonomian yang mampu memberikan pelayanan ekonomi dan mewujudkan stabilitas ekonomi.Seiring dengan perkembangan UMKM yang pesat, disisi lain masih terdapat berbagai permasalahan dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh pemilik UMKM. Permasalahan dan hambatan yang sering dihadapi oleh pemilik UMKM adalah permasalahan permodalan, terbatasnya teknologi pada proses produksi, terbatasnya sumberdaya manusia yang kompeten, rendahnya pengetahuan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kondisi UMKM menggunakan alternatif perencanaan strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan UMKM agroindustri menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) dan menentukan alternatif prioritas strategi pengembangan UMKM agroindustri di Kabupaten Nganjuk menggunakan metode QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matriks). Responden penelitian terdiri dari responden penelitian dengan jumlah sampel 30 pemilik UMKM agroindustri dan responden ahli sebanyak 4 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan matriks QSPM, prioritas strategi dalam pengembangan potensi UMKM agroindustri di Kabupaten Nganjuk ditunjukkan oleh nilai Total Attractive Score (TAS) yang paling besar yaitu melakukan inovasi pada varian produk yang diolah (6.433), menjaga dan mempertahankan kualitas produk (5.497), serta melakukan kerjasama dengan produsen/pemasok penghasil bahan baku (5.153).

English Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) become formidable economic wheel in facing the changes of market situation, having potential and strategic role for realizing the economic structure that can provide economic service and realizing economic stability. Various strategic role owned by SME sector such as creating jobs, moving the economy and solving the problem of unemployment and poverty. Along with the rapid development of SMEs, on the other hand there are still many problems and obstacles faced by SMEs owners. In general, the problems and obstacles that are often faced by the owners of SMEs is the problem of capital, limited technology in the production process, lack of competent human resources, lack of managerial knowledge.The Purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate alternative strategy planning in the development of agroindustrial SMEs in Nganjuk and prioritizing strategic development of agroindustry SMEs by using SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and QSPM method (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Respondents of this research consisted of survey respondents as sampling for the study respondents as many as 30 owners of SMEs and expert respondents as many as four people. Based on the results of matrix processing in QSPM, the priorities of potential development strategy of agroindustry SMEs in Nganjuk east java showed by the biggest value of Total Attractive Score (TAS). The strategy are innovation in the processed product variants (6433), keeping and maintaining quality products (5497), and cooperation with raw material manufacturers or suppliers (5153)
