Abstract
Mesin Rotary Vacuum Filter (RVF) Adalah Salah Satu Peralatan Yang Digunakan Dalam Proses Produksi Gula. Mesin Ini Digunakan Untuk Mengolah Nira Kotor Sehingga Dapat Diproses Kembali Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Perusahaan. Dengan Alat Ini Didapatkan Hasil Samping Berupa Blotong Yang Masih Mengandung Gula. Perusahaan Mengalami Kerugian Yang Kecil Jika Kandungan Gula (Pol) Pada Blotong Sedikit. Sehingga Perlu Dilakukan Pengukuran Efektivitas Terhadap Mesin Ini. Dengan Menggunakan Metode OEE Dapat Diketahui Efektivitas Pada Mesin Dengan 3 Kunci Utama Yaitu Availabiliy, Performance Rate Dan Rate Of Quality. Dari Ketiga Kunci Tersebut Dapat Digunakan Untuk Mengidentifikasi Penyebab Rendahnya Kinerja Suatu Alat. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Terhadap Mesin RVF Di PT. PG. Candi Baru Siodarjo. Data Yang Digunakan Merupakan Data Historis Musim Giling Tahun 2014 Sebagai Data Primer Dan Data Sekunder Berupa Mesin Dan Peralatan Pendukung Yang Digunakan Untuk Proses Pengolahan Blotong Serta Sistem Maintenance Yang Dilakukan Oleh Perusahaan. Data Yang Didapat Kemudian Diolah Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Setelah Itu Dilakukan Penghitungan Six Big Losses, Agar Dapat Diketahui Kerugian Terbesar Yang Diterima Oleh Perusahaan. Dari Hasil Perhitungan Menunjukan Bahwa Rata-Rata Nilai OEE Mesin Rotary Vacuum Filter Sebesar 97,14% Dengan Rata-Rata Nilai Availability 99,75%, Performance Rate 97,72% Dan Rate Of Quality Sebesar 99,65%. Angka Ini Menunjukan Bahwa Mesin RVF Telah Memenuhi Standar OEE World Class. Losses Yang Berpengaruh Paling Besar Tehadap Nilai Efektivitas Mesin Ini Adalah Reduced Speed Losses Sebesar 94,2371 Jam.
English Abstract
Rotary Vacuum Filter Is One Of The Machine That Used In The Sugar Production Process. This Machine Is Used To Process The Mud That Can Be Reprocessed To Improve The Productivity Of The Company. This Machine Produces Filter Cake As A By-Product Which Still Contains Sugar. If The Level Of Filter Cake’s Pol Are Low, The Company Suffered Losses Lower. So Necessary To Measure The Effectiveness Of This Machine. By Using OEE, Effectiveness Of Machine Can Be Measured By Three Major Things Namely Availability, Performance Efficiency And Rate Of Quality. Those Three Things Can Used To Identify The Cause Of The Low Machine’s Performance. This Study Was Conducted On The Rotary Vacuum Filter (RVF) Machine In PT. PG. Candi Baru Sidoarjo. Data In 2014 Used As Primary Data And The Secondary Data Are Ancillary Equipment That Used For Filter Cake Production And Also Maintenance System For RVF Machine. The Data Is Calculated Using The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Afterwards, Were Calculated Six Big Losses, In Order To Know The Biggest Loss Received By The Company. The Result Indicate That The Average Of OEE For Rotary Vacuum Filter Is 97,14% While The Availability Is 99,75%, Performance Rate Is 97,72% And Rate Of Quality Is 99,65%. It Means Effectivity Of RVF Machine Is Meet The Requiremets Of OEE World Class’s Standart. Losses That Influence The Effectiveness Of This Machine Is Reduced Speed Losses For 94,2371 Hours
