Abstract
Perkembangan Kota Yang Pesat Dapat Dilihat Dari Meningkatnya Aktivitas Masyarakat Yang Sebagian Besar Dapat Menurunkan Kualitas Lingkungan. Ruang Terbuka Hijau Di Wilayah Perkotaan Merupakan Aspek Yang Penting Keberadaannya Karena Mempunyai Pengaruh Yang Besar Dalam Penyerapan CO2 Yang Dihasilkan Dari Beberapa Aktifitas Perkotaan. Sesuai Dengan Undang-Undang No. 26 Tahun 2007 Pemanfaatan RTH Di Wilayah Perkotaan Minimal 30% Dari Luas Wilayah. Kota Mojokerto Memiliki Luas 1646.54 Ha Dan Luas Ruang Terbuka Hijau Publik Sebesar 71.284 Ha Dengan Kepadatan Penduduk 7.302 Jiwa Per Km2.Tujuan Penelitian Ini Yaitu Mengetahui Kondisi Eksisting RTH Dan Kemampuannya Dalam Penyerapan CO2 Di Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Spasial Yang Kemudian Dilakukan Pendiskripsian Untuk Menggambarkan Kondisi Sebaran Beban CO2 Dan Kondisi Eksisting RTH Di Kota Mojokerto Dengan Menggunakan Software Arcview 3.3. Beban CO2 Dihitung Menggunakan Persamaan Gaussian Model Dan IPCC Dan Daya Serap RTH Dari Perkalian Jumlah Pohon Dengan Daya Serap Masing-Masing Jenis Pohon. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Total Beban Emisi CO2 Sebesar 72747688.252 Kg/Th. Besarnya Total Daya Serap CO2 RTH Publik Yaitu 5529129.168 Kg/Th. Sisa CO2 Yang Belum Terserap Oleh RTH Sebesar 67218559.084 Kg/Th. Dari Perhitungan Yang Sudah Didapatkan Bahwa Ketersediaan RTH Publik Di Kota Mojokerto Belum Mampu Menyerap CO2 Secara Maksimal. Perlu Adanya Penambahan Jumlah Tanaman Pada Taman Jalan Dan Jalur Hijau Dengan Jenis Tanaman Yang Mempunyai Daya Serap Lebih Tinggi
English Abstract
The Rapid Development Of The City Can Be Seen From The Increased Activity Of The Majority Community That Can Degrade The Quality Of The Environment. The Open Green Spaces In Urban Areas Is An Important Aspect Of Its Existence, Because It Has A Great Influence In The Absorption Of CO2 Produced From Some Urban Activities. In Accordance With UU Number 26 In 2007, The Used Of Green Space In Urban Areas At Least 30% From Total Area. Mojokerto Has 1646.54 Ha Wide Scale And 71.284 Hectares Of Public Open Green Space With 7302 People/Km2 Of Population Density. The Purpose Of This Research Is To Know The Existing Condition Of The Open Green Spaces And Its Ability To Absorb CO2 In Mojokerto. This Study Using Spatial Methods Then Performed To Describe The Distribution And Condition Of CO2 Loaded In Mojokerto And Existing Condition Of The Open Green Spaces Using Arcview 3.3 Software. The Loaded Of CO2 Is Calculated Using The Equation Of Gaussian Models And IPCC And Also Absorption Of The Open Green Spaces From Multiplying The Number Of Trees By The Absorption Of Each Type Of The Tree. The Results Showed That The Total Loaded Of CO2 Emissions Is 72747688.252 Kg/Yr. The Amount Total Of CO2 Absorption Capacity Of Public Open Green Space Is 5529129.168 Kg/Yr. The Rest Of The CO2 That Has Not Been Absorbed By The Open Green Spaces Is 67218559.084 Kg/Yr. From The Calculation That Has Been Established, The Availability Of Public Open Green Space In Mojokerto Has Not Been Able To Absorb CO2 Maximally. There Need To Be An Increasing On The Number Of Plants In The Street And The Green Line With The Types Of Plants That Have A Higher Ability To Absorp Keywords : Air Pollution, CO2 Load, Open Green Space, Spatial Analysis
