Abstract

Minuman sari alang-alang merupakan salah satu produk dari minuman fungsional. UKM R. Rovit adalah UKM di Kota Batu yang berhasil mengolah akar alang-alang menjadi sebuah minuman fungsional dengan merk dagang “Pesona”. UKM R.Rovit dituntut untuk mempertahankan konsumennya agar tidak beralih ke produk lain. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kepuasan konsumen di UKM R.Rovit untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk minuman sari alang-alang merk “Pesona”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atribut produk minuman sari alang-alang merk Pesona yang harus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk minuman sari alang-alang merk Pesona yang diukur dengan menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index. Berdasarkan hasil Importance Performance Analysis dan pengolahan data kuesioner disimpulkan bahwa atribut yang menjadi agenda prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya adalah atribut yang berada dikuadran I, atribut tersebut adalah atribut kelengkapan informasi produk dan atribut kemudahan mendapatkan produk. Atribut yang menjadi prioritas kedua untuk diperbaiki adalah atribut yang berada dikuadran III, atribut tersebut adalah atribut kepopuleran merk dan atribut kandungan bahan pengawet. Melalui perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), diperoleh nilai CSI minuman sari alang-alang merk “Pesona” sebesar 83,12% yang menunjukkan bahwa konsumen minuman sari alang-alang “sangat puas”.

English Abstract

Imperata juice is one of the functional beverage products. UKM R. Rovit is UKM in Batu who successfully process the roots of imperata into a functional beverage with a trademark "Pesona". UKM R.Rovit customers are required to maintain in order not to switch to another product. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze consumer satisfaction in UKM R.Rovit to determine the level of customer satisfaction with product quality juice drink brand imperata "Pesona". The purpose of this study was to determine the product attributes juice brand reeds charm that must be repaired and developed Importance Performance Analysis methods and to determine the level of customer satisfaction with product quality juice brand reeds charm as measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results of Importance Performance Analysis and processing of the questionnaire data that inferred attributes the top priority agenda for the improved performance is an attribute which is the first quadrant, these attributes are the attributes of the completeness of the product information and the ease of getting a product attribute. Attributes that are second to be repaired is quadrant III attributes, these attributes are the attributes of the brand popularity and attributes preservative ingredients. Through the calculation of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), CSI values obtained Imperata juice brand "Pesona" of 83.12% which shows that consumers drink juice Imperata "very satisfied".
