Abstract

Keripik Tempe Adalah Makanan Yang Terbuat Dari Tempe Yang Diiris Tipis Kemudian Digoreng Dengan Menggunakan Tepung Yang Telah Dibumbui. Di Negara-Negara Yang Sedang Berkembang, Usaha Yang Banyak Tumbuh Di Masyarakat Pada Umumnya Tergolong Sebagai Usaha Kecil. Terdapat Penurunan Industri Keripik Tempe Di Malang Setiap Tahunnya. Menurut Kanwil Disperindag (2010), Pada Tahun 2007 Industri Keripik Tempe Masih Mencapai 80-90 Industri Keripik Tempe, Di Tahun 2010 Menurun Menjadi 65 Industri Kripik Tempe. Hal Tersebut Dikarenakan Para Pemilik Industri Keripik Tempe Tersebut Tidak Memiliki Pengetahuan Dalam Menganalisa Finansial Dan Teknis Usaha, Sehingga Banyak Terjadi Kerugian. Penelitian Ini Dilaksanakan Di Ukm “Keripik Tempe Purnama” Jalan Sanan No 44, Malang. Aspek Teknis Yang Dianalisis Antara Lain Bahan Baku Dan Bahan Pembantu, Proses Produksi, Kapasitas Produksi, Penjadwalan Produksi, Kebutuhan Tenaga Kerja Dan Perhitungan Waktu Kerja. Sedangkan, Aspek Finansial Yang Dianalisis Yaitu Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (Hpp), Break Event Point (Bep), Efisiensi Usaha ( R/C Ratio ) Dan Payback Period (Pp). Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Mampu Memproduksi 350 Produk Per 8 Jam Kerja. Dari Analisa Teknis Perhitungan Waktu Kerja Dapat Diketahui Bahwa Proses Produksi Per Kemasan Sebesar 80,84 Detik Atau 1 Menit 21 Detik, Sehingga Per 8 Jam Kerja Mampu Menghasilkan 356 Kemasan. Prosentase Kehilangan Sebesar 1,6%, Tidak Menyimpang Jauh, Sehingga Proses Produksi Sesuai Dengan Kapasitas Produksinya. Dapat Disimpulkan Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Layak Secara Teknis. Nilai Harga Pokok Produksi Keripik Tempe Ukm Purnama Sebesar Rp.4.553. Pemilik Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Menjual Keripik Tempenya Dengan Harga Rp.5.500, Sehingga Pemilik Mendapatkan Keuntungan Sebesar 20%. Break Event Point Dari Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Sebesar 16.502 Unit. Hasil R/C Ratio Dari Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Sebesar 1,2. Dari Data Diatas Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Usaha Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Termasuk Usaha Yang Menguntungkan. Nilai Payback Period (Pp) Sebesar 2,3 Tahun. Dapat Disimpulkan Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Layak Secara Finansial.

English Abstract

Chips Of Fermented Soybean Cake Is A Food Who Maked Of The Fermented Soybean Cake That Fine Sliced Then Fried With The Spiced Flour. In The Developing Countries, Generally, The Businesses That Grow In Great Quantities In Society Characterized As Small Enterprise. In Malang In Every Year Chips Of Fermented Soybean Cake Industries Are Decreases. According To The Regional Office Of Industry And Commerce Department (2010), In 2007, Chips Of Fermented Soybean Cake Industries Reached 80-90, In 2010 They Decreased To 65 Chips Of Fermented Soybean Cake Industries. The Case Was Caused By Owner Chips Of Fermented Soybean Cake Industries Owners Had No Knowledge In Analyzing The Business Financial And Technique, Thus It Much Happened Losses. This Research Was Implemented At The Ukm (Small And Medium Enterprise) (Of) “Keripik Tempe Purnama” On Jalan Sanan No. 44, Malang. Technical Aspects Analyzed Were, Main And Aux Materials, Production Process, Production Capacity, And Working Hour Calculation. While, Financial Aspects Analyzed Were The Computation Of Production Cost, Break Event Point, Return Cost Ratio And Payback Period. The Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Capable Produced 350 Products Per 8 Working Hours. From The Technical Analysis Of The Working Hours Computation It Could Be Known That The Production Process Per Package Was Of 80.84 Seconds Or 1 Minute 21 Seconds, Thus, Per 8 Of Working Hours It Capable To Produce 356 Packages. The Loss Percentage Of 1.6%, Unsignificantly Different, Thus The Production Process Was Consistent With The Production Capacity. It Could Be Concluded That The Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Was Technically Feasible. The Production Cost Price Of Keripik Tempe Of The Ukm Purnama Was Of Rp. 4,553. The Owner Of Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Sold His Keripik Tempe At The Price Of Rp. 5,500, Thus He Gained Profit As Much As 20%. Break Event Point Of The Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Was Of 16.502 Units. The R/C Ratio Outcome Of The Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Was 1.2. From Data Above, It Could Be Concluded That The Enterprise Of Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Was Included To The Profitable Enterprise. Its Payback Period Value Was Of 2,3 Years. It Could Be Concluded That The Ukm Keripik Tempe Purnama Was Financially Feasible
