Abstract
Industri pakan ternak di dalam negeri berperan aktif dalam ketersediaan konsumsi daging dan produk turunannya sebagai sumber protein hewani bagi masyarakat. PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang agrobisnis di Indonesia. Salah satu bisnis utama perusahaan ini yakni produksi pakan ternak. PT J apfa C omfeed I ndonesia Tbk harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas proses produksi agar tetap dapat menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas baik dan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis . Bagian pengemasan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk adalah bagian produksi yang masih menggunakan bantuan tenaga manusia atau disebut dengan mesin semi otomatis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengukuran waktu kerja untuk mengetahui waktu baku yang dihasilkan oleh tiap operator pada bagian pengemasan . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil waktu baku secara tidak langsung pada bagian pengemasan dengan metode work factor (WF) , methods time measurement (MTM) dan maynard operation sequence technique (MOST) . Metode pengukuran yang dipakai adalah 3 (tiga) metode yaitu work factor (WF) , methods time measurement (MTM) dan maynard operation sequence technique (MOST) . Pengukuran ini dilakukan di tempat operator bagian pengemasan agar dapat mengetahui dengan jelas proses pengemasan dan juga melakukan perekaman video untuk memudahkan dalam pengambilan data. Hasil pengukuran dengan menggunakan metode work factor diperoleh waktu baku sebesar 10,37 detik/karung, metode MTM dengan metode MOST diperoleh waktu baku berturut-turut sebesar 8,,80 detik/karung dan 7,99 detik/karung. Perbedaan hasil pengukuran tersebut disebabkan adanya pembagian gerakan-gerakan kerja, satuan unit dalam TMU tiap metode.
English Abstract
The animal feed industry played an active role to support he availability of meat and its derivative its derivative products as a source of animal protein for communit ies . PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is one company that is engaged in agribusiness in Indonesia. One of the companys main business is the production of animal feed. PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk should improve the quality of the production process in order to be able to produce products with good quality and able to compete with similar product in further . Packaging division is part of the production division t hat still uses human power assistance for machine which is called semi-automatic machines. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the working time standard generated by each operator on the packaging. The purpose of this study was to know the diferences of standard time result by indirect measurement on the packaging with the methods of work factor (WF), time measurement (MTM) and maynard operation sequ od ence technique (MOST). Those measurements were performed in a packaging section therefore the operator would un derstand the packaging process and also do video recording to facilitate the retrieval of data. The obtained results using work factor method was 10.37 seconds/ unit. However, the usage of MTM, MOST method resulting the standard time in 8,80 seconds/ unit and 7,99 seconds/ unit respectively . The difference in the measurement results due to the division of labor movements and also TMU units in each method
