Abstract
Sebagai unsur utama dalam usaha peningkatan produksi pangan, benih yang digunakan harus berkualitas, karena baik tidaknya mutu benih sangat menentukan hasil produksi suatu komoditas. Penggunaan benih bermutu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil atau produktivitas dan kualitas produksi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut pengadaan benih khususnya benih hortikultura bermutu sangat diperlukan, agar kebutuhan pangan khususnya benih kacang panjang dapat terpenuhi. Metode yang digunakan untuk perhitungan data yaitu metode EOQ dengan faktor diskon dengan tahapan peramalan permintaan, menentukan nilai Q yang mungkin, menentukan Qoptimal, menghitung total biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan, menghitung biaya pembelian dan menghitung total biaya persediaan. Kemudian dilakukan perbandingan semua komponen biaya tersebut dengan yang telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, kebutuhan benih kacang panjang di PT. Sang Hyang Seri KR III Cabang Pujon untuk periode tahun 2013 dengan metode Multiplicative Decompotition adalah pada periode ke-1 besarnya 2.985,21 kg, periode ke-2 besarnya 2.391,28 dan periode ke-3 besarnya 3.359,09 kg dan totalnya sebesar 8.735,58 kg. Kuantitas pemesanan optimal benih kacang panjang adalah 6.680,895 kg. Komponen biaya persediaan yang terkait dengan pengendalian persediaan benih kacang panjang dengan menggunakan metode EOQ dengan faktor diskon selama kurun waktu satu tahun adalah biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp 91.527,21 dan biaya pembelian sebesar Rp 235.860.660,-. Total biaya persedian benih kacang panjang dengan metode EOQ dengan faktor diskon adalah Rp 235.952.187,21, sedangkan total biaya persediaan benih kacang panjang dengan metode yang diterapkan perusahaan adalah Rp 262.259.008,9. English Abstract
As a key element in efforts to increase food production, seed quality should be used, because whether or not the quality of the seeds determine the production of a commodity. Use of quality seed is expected to increase the yield or productivity and quality of production. In connection with the procurement of horticulture quality seeds in particular is necessary, in order to produce food needs can be met bean seeds . The method used for calculating the data is EOQ method with a discount factor to the stages of forecasting demand, determine the value of Q is possible, determine Qoptimal, calculate the total cost of ordering and storage costs, to calculate the cost of purchases and calculate the total cost of inventory. Then do a comparison of all the cost components that have been implemented by the company . Based on calculations, long bean seeds need PT. Sang Hyang Seri Pujon KR Branch III for the period of 2013 to Decompotition Multiplicative method was 8735.58 kg . In the period to the amount of 2.985.21 kg-1, period-2 and period magnitude 2.391.28 to 3.359.09 kg 3rd magnitude. Optimal order quantity of seed beans is 6680.895 kg. Component inventory costs associated with inventory control chickpea seeds with EOQ method with a discount factor for the period of one year is a booking fee of Rp 91.527.21, a storage fee of Rp 91.527.21 and the purchase cost of Rp 235.860.660,-. The total cost of supply of seed beans with EOQ method with the discount factor is Rp 235.952.187,21, while the total cost of inventory bean seeds with the method applied by the company is Rp 262.259.008.9. Difference in total inventory bean seeds obtained is Rp 26.306.821,-. Inventory control of bean seed with EOQ method provides savings with discount factor of 10%
