Abstract
Kota Malang menyuguhkan beraneka keindahan wisata alam, keunikan budaya, dan kuliner yang memanjakan lidah. Salah satu aspek wisata yang digemari yaitu wisata kuliner. Kehalalan kuliner di kota Malang mulai diperhatikan wisatawan, terutama yang beragama Islam. Wisatawan muslim mulai menyadari pentingnya mengkonsumsi makanan halal. Terbatasnya akses informasi dan lokasi kuliner tersertifikasi halal dirasakan oleh wisatawan ketika berkunjung ke kota Malang. Penerapan Information and Comumunication Technology (ICT) melalui internet dan mobile phone dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh beragam informasi. Kebutuhan informasi kuliner halal dapat dimanfaatkan oleh wisatawan melalui konsep ICT tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun aplikasi tracking kuliner tersertifikasi halal di kota Malang. Wisatawan dapat memperoleh informasi umum, peta lokasi, dan rute menuju lokasi kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall, agar mudah diimplementasikan dalam pengembangan sistem. Metode ini memiliki beberapa tahap untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yaitu analisis kebutuhan, mendesain sistem aplikasi dan database, implementasi aplikasi, serta integrasi dan pengujian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berupa perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi kuliner tersertifikasi halal, sistem ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pengolahan data kuliner tersertifikasi halal dari sisi administrator dan aplikasi tracking kuliner untuk wisatawan. implementasi dan integrasi dari kedua sistem berjalan dengan baik. Pengujian mandiri menggunakan metode Black Box testing dan hasilnya adalah aplikasi berhasil menampilkan informasi umum, peta lokasi dan rute kuliner tersertifikasi halal tanpa error. Pengujian lapang menggunakan skala Likert dan skala Guttman. Persentase responden yang menilai baik program ini adalah sebesar 78,4% untuk pengujian antarmuka sistem dan persentase sebesar 97,5% untuk pengujian secara fungsional. Hasil yang dicapai aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai pemandu wisatawan dalam mencari kuliner dan mendorong perkembangan kuliner tersertifikasi halal di kota Malang.
English Abstract
Malang city presenting the diverse beauty of nature, unique culture, and delicious culinary. Culinary tourism is one of the favorite tourist aspect. Travelers begin to pay attention to halal culinary especially the Muslim. Muslim travelers begin to realize the importance of consuming halal food. Travelers have difficulty to gain access to information of halal culinary when they visited Malang city. The development of Information and Comumunication Technology (ICT) could be utilized to obtain information through the use of internet and mobile phone. Information of halal culinary would be useful for travelers by using the concept of ICT. The purpose of this research is to design and to build halal certified culinary tracking applications in Malang. Travelers could obtain general information, map location, and directions to the location of culinary. This study uses the waterfall method. This method is suitable for use in the development of application systems. In the waterfall approach, the whole process of software development is divided into separate phases. These phases are Requirement Specifications Phase, Software Design Phase, Implementation Phase, and Integration and Testing Phase. Based on the research design and development halal certified culinary applications, the system is divided into two there are halal culinary processing data from the administrators’s side and tracking applications for travelers. Implementation and Integration of the two systems running properly. The result for the self-testing is the successful application displays general information, map locations and routes Halal certified culinary without error. Field testing used a Likert scale and Guttman scales. Percentage of respondents who rate these programs amounted to 78.4% for the test system interface and percentage of 97.5% for functional testing. The results from these applications can be used as a guide in the search for culinary travelers and encourage the development of certified Halal culinary in the city of Malang.
