Abstract
Mikroalga (Chlorella sp) adalah salah satu mikroorganisme yang berpotensi menghasilkan biofuel dalam jumlah yang sangat besar. Biodiesel dan Bioethanol dari mikroalga merupakan bahan bakar yang dapat diperbaharui dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan karena dapat menghasilkan biofuel lebih besar dibanding dengan bahan biofuel yang lain. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan dosis bakteri Azospirillum sp terhadap laju pertumbuhan mikroalga (Chlorella sp) yang dilakukan pada media limbah tahu cair setelah proses anaerob. Masing-masing perlakuan yaitu A0 (tanpa penambahan bakteri), A2 (Azospirillum sp 2x108 cfu/ml), A4 (Azospirillum sp 4x108 cfu/ml), A6 (Azospirillum sp 6x108 cfu/ml), A8 (Azospirillum sp 8x108 cfu/ml), A10 (Azospirillum sp 109 cfu/ml). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan populasi Chlorella sp. mencapai kenaikan puncak hari ke- 7 pada A10 (34,2 x 106 sel/ml); dan hari ke- 9 pada A8 (34,6 x 106 sel/ml) dan A2 (29,4 x 106 sel/ml); sedangkan puncak populasi hari ke- 10 terjadi pada A0 (31,2 sel/ml); A4 (31,5 x 106 sel/ml); A6 (37,2 x 106 sel/ml). Dari masing-masing perlakuan dosis penambahan bakteri Azospirillum sp, A0 menghasilkan rata-rata laju pertumbuhan maksimal (μmaks) Chlorella sp sebesar (0.327467); A2 sebesar (0.3539727); perlakuan A4 sebesar (0.350665); perlakuan A6 sebesar (0.3734477); perlakuan A8 sebesar (0.3802107); perlakuan A10 sebesar (0.463347). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian dosis Azospirillum sp yang berbeda akan memberikan laju pertumbuhan maksimum (μmaks) populasi Chlorella sp yang berbeda pula.
English Abstract
Microalgae (Chlorella sp) is one of the microorganisms that produce biofuels in a potentially very large number. Biodiesel and Bioethanolf rom microalgae is a renewable fuel and has the potential to be developed as it can produce more biofuel than other biofuel materials. In this study aims to determine the effect of Azospirillum sp bacterial dose on the rate of growth of microalgae (Chlorella sp) who Medium Tofu Wastewater after The Anaerobic Process. Each treatment is A0 (without the addition of bacteria), A2 (Azospirillum sp 2x108 cfu / ml), A4 (Azospirillum sp 4x108 cfu / ml), A6 (Azospirillum sp 6x108 cfu / ml), A8 (Azospirillum sp 8x108 cfu / ml ), A10 (Azospirillum sp 109 cfu / ml). The results showed a population growth of Chlorella sp. reach the peak increase at day 7 A10 (34.2 x 106 cells / ml), and day-to-9 on the A8 (34.6 x 106 cells / ml) and A2 (29.4 x 106 cells / ml); while the population peak day 10 occurred in A0 (31.2 cells / ml), A4 (31.5 x 106 cells / ml), A6 (37.2 x 106 cells / ml). Of each treatment dose addition of bacteria Azospirillum sp, A0 generates an average maximum growth rate (μmaks) by Chlorella sp (0.327467); A2 by (0.3539727); treatment of A4 (0.350665); treatment of A6 (0.3734477); treatment A8 of (0.3802107); treatment of A10 (0.463347). This suggests that the administration of different doses of Azospirillum sp will give the maximum growth rate (μmaks) populations of different Chlorella sp.
