Abstract
PG. Krebet Baru II merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang agrobisnis yang menghasilkan gula pasir. Penilaian kinerja karyawan diperlukan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam penghargaan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bobot kinerja karyawan tiap kriteria berdasarkan job description dengan ANP, mengetahui hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan rating scale, serta mengetahui hasil pengelompokkan karyawan dengan analisis hirarchy cluster. Analytic Network Process (ANP) merupakan metode yang mempertimbangkan keterkaitan antar kriteria dari subkriteria. Penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan rating scale. Analisis hirarchy cluster dilakukan untuk mengetahui performance kerja karyawan tidak tetap. Analisis kinerja karyawan tidak tetap pada PG. Krebet Baru II Bululawang menggunakan tiga kompetensi penilaian yaitu tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan sikap disiplin. Analisis ini menghasilkan nilai variabel dan parameter terbobot pada setiap kriteria dan subkriteria penilaian. Kriteria yang secara berurutan dari bobot yang tertinggi hingga bobot terendah adalah sikap disiplin (0,692), tanggung jawab (0,246), dan kerjasama (0,062). Skor tertinggi 4,927, sedangkan skor terendah 2,959. Hasil cluster karyawan tidak tetap terbagai atas dua cluster, yaitu high performance dan low performance. Rentang nilai karyawan untuk high performace antara 4,927 sampai 3,673, sedangkan untuk low performance antara 3,672 sampai 2,959. Karyawan yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi adalah Ts yang merupakan karyawan borongan dengan skor 4,927
English Abstract
PG Krebet Baru II is a State-Owned Enterprises deals in agribusiness. It processes sugar cane into sugar. Employee performance appraisal is needed for decision making related to employee appreciation. This research is proposed to obtain the quality of each employees performance based on job descriptions using The ANP method. Rating Scale is used to determine the results of performance appraisal. It is also used to determine the results of grouping employees by hierarchy cluster analysis. Analytic Network Process (ANP) is method to consider interrelations among criteria of the existing sub-criteria. The employee performance appraisal rating scale. Furthermore, the cluster analysis hirarchy is held to classify employees according to the quality value. It will reveal the performance of all non permanent employees. Performance analysis of non permanent employees at PG. Krebet Baru II Bululawang uses three competency assessment, those are responsibility, cooperation, and discipline. It generates the variables value and quality parameters at each assessment’s criteria and subcriteria. Sequentially, the highest weight to the lowest of criteria are discipline (0,692), responsibility (0.246), and cooperation (0.062). Value of employee performance are obtained from the multiplication of the weight and value. The highest score was 4,927, while the lowest score was 2,959. The cluster results non permanent employees were divided into two clusters, namely high performance and low performance. The range of values for the high performance employees was between 4,927 to 3,673, while for low performance is between 3,672 to 2,959. Employees with the highest value was Ts, a contract employee with score of 4,927.
