Abstract
PT Erindo Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK). Persaingan perusahaan sejenis yang cukup tinggi membuat perusahaan selalu berupaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaannya agar tetap eksis dalam persaingan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat ditempuh PT Erindo Mandiri untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan adalah dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Ketercapaian target kapasitas produksi dapat dijadikan parameter dalam mengukur keberhasilan perusahaan yang tercermin dalam kinerja manajemennya. Dalam beberapa waktu pernah terjadi ketidaktercapaian target produksi sehingga perlu dianalisis mengenai peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor kompetensi yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan dan bagaimana mendapatkan bobot kriteria dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) serta mendapatkan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan rating scale. Analytic Network Process (ANP) merupakan metode pembobotan kriteria kinerja. ANP dapat melibatkan interaksi dan ketergantungan elemen tingkat tinggi dalam hirarki pada elemen tingkat rendah. Pada penelitian ini, metode tersebut menunjukkan nilai kompetensi karyawan sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan atau pengambil keputusan berdasarkan analisa data yang sistematis. Selanjutnya, penilaian kinerja karyawan akan dilakukan dengan mengunakan rating scale. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah bobot masing – masing kriteria kompetensi yaitu task skills (0.719), task management skills (0.100), contingency management skills (0.008), dan job/ role environment skills (0.174). Hasil bobot pada masing – masing subkriteria adalah memenuhi tingkat kehadiran (0.275), datang dan pulang tepat waktu (0.375), mengoperasikan mesin (0.038), menjaga kebersihan area kerja (0.030), menyelesaikan tugas sesuai target (0.080), menyelesaikan tugas secara efisien (0.005), melaporkan data aktivitas produksi secara akurat (0.015), melakukan perawatan mesin (0.003), mendeteksi gejala kerusakan mesin (0.004), melakukan perbaikan mesin (0.001), bekerjasama dengan karyawan lain (0.035), menjalin komunikasi dengan baik (0.020), dan menerima dan melaksanakan instruksi kerja dari atasan dengan baik (0.119). Hasil dari penilaian kinerja terhadap 30 karyawan kontrak dengan rating scale dan pembobotan kriteria dan subkriteria didapatkan 9 karyawan kontrak yang memiliki nilai kinerja tinggi dan 21 karyawan kontrak yang memiliki nilai kinerja sesuai standar. Nilai yang didapatkan tersebut digunakan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan dalam proses pengangkatan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap di PT Erindo Mandiri.
English Abstract
PT Erindo Mandiri is a company engaged in the industry of Bottled Drinking Water. High competition among similar companies makes PT Erindo Mandiri has to improve its performance in order to keep the existing. An effort that can be taken to increase the employees’ productivity is conducting employee’s performance appraisal. Achieving of production capacity target can also be used as a parameter in of companies success measurement, that is reflected in management performance. Inaccessibility production targets was ever happened, so it is necessary to analyze the improvement of employee performance. This research aims to determine the competence factor that can be used to analyze employee performance and to get the weighted criteria using Analytic Network Process (ANP) and to get the employees performance appraisal using rating scale method. Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a weighting performance criteria method. ANP involves the interaction and dependence of high-level elements in the hierarchy of low-level elements. In this research, the method showed the value of employees competency according to the criteria that established by the companies or decision-maker based on systematic data analysis. Furthermore, the performance appraisal will be done by using rating scale. The results showed the weights of criteria cluster. There were task skills (0.719), task management skills (0.100), contingency management skills (0.008), and job /role environment skills (0.174). The weight results of each sub-criteria were: attendance rate (0275), going and coming home as on schedule (0.375), operating machinery (0.038), maintaining cleanliness of work area (0.030), completing the tasks based on target (0.080), completing the tasks efficiently (0.005), reporting the production activity data accurately (0.015), machine maintenance (0.003), detecting symptoms of machine failure (0.004), repairing machine (0.001), cooperating with other employees (0.035), establishing good communication (0.020), and receiving and executing instructions from supervisor properly (0.119). The results from performance appraisal toward 30 outsourcing employees with rating scale and the criteria and sub-criteria weightings were obtained 9 outsourcing employees had high-performance value and 21 outsourcing employees had standard performance value. This value was used as one of the considerations to promotion in standard performance level to be idenfinite staff at PT Erindo Mandiri.
