Abstract
Produktivitas diartikan sebagai hubungan antara hasil nyata (barang-barang atau jasa) dengan input yang sebenarnya. Menurut Ramadhani (2011), suatu organisasi perusahaan perlu mengetahui pada produktivitas mana perusahaan itu beroperasi. Hal ini penting agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dari produk yang dihasilkannya di pasar global yang amat kompetitif. Salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai kemampuan bersaing suatu perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran produktivitas. Permasalahan yang terjadi di dalam suatu perusahaan dapat diketahui dari hasil pengukuran produktivitas dan diharapkan dapat memberi usulan bagi perusahaan sebagai pertimbangan untuk melakukan langkah perbaikan agar dapat menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut (Mulyadi, 2007). PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pembekuan ikan yang diekspor ke beberapa negara. Perusahaan mempunyai misi untuk secara konsisten menyediakan produk-produk berkualitas dan layanan terbaik bagi pelanggannya. Namun, belum diketahui bagaimana kondisi serta tingkat pencapaian kinerja perusahaan selama ini. Hal ini dikarenakan PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi belum melakukan pengukuran produktivitas. Multi Factor Productivity Measurement Model (MFPMM) digunakan sebagai metode pengukuran produktivitas dalam penelitian di PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan produktivitas baik tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi listrik dan utilitas air serta dapat mengukur efek dari masing-masing masukan (input) terhadap profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, tingkat produktivitas dari produksi fillet dan avalan tiga jenis ikan pada PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi sebesar 81,43% pada periode yang diukur (periode 2). Tingkat produktivitas ini mengalami penurunan produktivitas sebesar 18,57% dari periode dasar (periode 1). Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan kehilangan peluang mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 136.293.924. Rencana usulan peningkatan produktivitas di PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi difokuskan pada input bahan baku terutama Kakap Merah dengan membuat perencanaan kuantitas bahan baku yang akan digunakan serta biaya pembelian bahan baku tersebut dengan permintaan dari konsumen agar lebih efisien dalam menghasilkan output.
English Abstract
Productivity is defined as the relationship between tangible results (goods or services) to the actual input. According Ramadhani (2011), an organization needs to know the productivity of the company where the company operates. It is important for the company to improve the competitiveness of products in the highly competitive global market. One of the main indicators in assessing the competitive ability of a company is by measuring productivity. Problems that occur in a company can be determined from measurements of productivity and expected to provide proposals for the company as consideration for corrective measures in order to overcome these problems (Mulyadi, 2007). PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi is one of the companies in industrial freezing of fish and exported to several countries. Companys mission is to consistently provide quality products and the best services to customers. However, it remains unknown how the conditions and the level of achievement of the companys performance over the years. The level of productivity of the company unknown, caused PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi has not yet done about productivity measurement. Multi Factor Productivity Measurement Model (MFPMM) is used as a method of measuring productivity in this study that can be used to measure changes in productivity of labor, raw materials, electricity and water utilities as well as to measure the effect of each input to profitability. Based on the analysis and discussion, the level of productivity of production fillet and avalan on the three types fish of PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi of 81.43% in the measured period (period 2). The level of productivity decreased by 18.57% from the base period (period 1). It caused the company lose an opportunity to get a profit of Rp 136,293,924. Productivity improvements in the proposed plan of PT Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi focused on the input of raw materials, especially Red Snapper with a plan that adjusts the quantity of raw materials to be used and the cost of purchasing the raw materials to the demand of consumers to be more efficient in generating output.
