Abstract

Hal tersebut dapat dicapai dengan sistem produksi yang handal dan lancar, salah satunya adalah dengan mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas peralatan dan mesin di perusahaan tersebut. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di PG Krebet Baru II terkait dengan keadaan stasiun giling yang mengalami kegagalan produksi disebabkan karena terjadi kerusakan peralatan pada stasiun giling. Kerusakan peralatan tersebut dapat menyebabkan proses produksi nira akan berhenti sementara. Frekuensi kerusakan pada stasiun giling dibandingkan dengan stasiun lain yaitu stasiun giling mengalami downtime (jam henti) selama 144,47 jam, stasiun listrik selama 16,8 jam, stasiun ketel selama 8,58 jam, stasiun pabrik tengah selama 6,37 jam dan stasiun puteran selama 0,75 jam. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui nilai efektivitas peralatan pada stasiun giling dengan menggunakan alat ukur overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) di PG Krebet Baru II, mengetahui prioritas dan bobot kepentingan dari kriteria untuk penilaian efektivitas peralatan pada stasiun giling dengan menggunakan AHP dan ROC, Mengetahui hasil perhitungan OEE murni dibandingkan dengan OEE modifikasi (Raouf OEE dan OWEE). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu OEE dan OEE Modifikasi (Raouf OEE dan OWEE). Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) adalah metode pengukuran efektivitas penggunaan suatu mesin dan peralatan yang terdiri dari faktor availability, performance efficiency, dan rate of quality product. OEE modifikasi merupakan suatu metode pengukuran efektifitas peralatan dengan menggunakan suatu bobot dalam perhitungan. Hasil overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) pada stasiun giling PG Krebet Baru II selama periode Juni-November 2012 telah memenuhi standar dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 92,454%, rata-rata nilai availability sebesar 98,10%, rata-rata nilai performance efficiency sebesar 93,84%, dan rata-rata nilai rate of quality product sebesar 99,05%. Hasil pembobotan metode AHP dan ROC didapatkan rate of quality product pada semua peralatan memiliki bobot lebih besar dibandingkan dengan performance efficiency dan availability. Berdasarkan metode AHP dan ROC didapatkan prioritas pertama yaitu rate of quality product, prioritas kedua yaitu performance efficiency dan prioritas ketiga yaitu availability. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan ketiga metode OEE, Raouf OEE dan OWEE, didapatkan nilai OEE modifikasi (Raouf OEE dan OWEE) memiliki nilai yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan hasil nilai OEE, dengan nilai rata-rata OEE sebesar 92,454%, rata-rata nilai Raouf OEE sebesar 97,064% dan nilai rata-rata OWEE sebesar 97,487%.

English Abstract

Several companies are expected to reach production targets punctually, quality products and able to compete with other products. It can be achieved with reliable and seamless production systems by knowing the companies equipment and machine effectiveness. Some problems that often occur in PG Krebet Baru II are production failure due to equipment damage at the milling station. It may cause the halt of Molasses production process. The ground stations are more often damaged than the other stations with experiencing 144.47 hours, 16.8 hours, 8.58 hours, 6.37 hours and 0,75 hours of downtime, power station, boiler station, central station plants and Puteran station, respectively. The aim of this study are (1) to know the equipment effectiveness value at the ground station using an overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), (2) to know the priority and importance weight of the criteria for assessing the equipment effectiveness at the ground station using the AHP and the ROC, and (3) to know the calculation of pure OEE compared with modification OEE (OEE Raouf and OWEE). The method used in the study is OEE and OEE Modification (Raouf OEE and OWEE). Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is a method of measuring the effectiveness to used of machinery and equipment which consists of a factor availability, performance efficiency, and the rate of quality product. OEE modification is measurement method equipment effectiveness used calculation of weighted. The result of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) at the PG Krebet Baru II ground station during June to November 2012 have reach the standart complete with value average 92,454%, value average of availability is 98,10%, performance efficiency 93,84% and rate of quality product is 99,05%. The results of AHP and ROC, show that all equipment rate of quality product have greater weight than the performance efficiency and availability. Based on AHP and ROC method result, show the first priority is rate of quality product, the second priority is performance efficiency and the third priority is availability. Based on the comparison of three methods, OEE modification (Raouf OEE and OWEE) has a greater value than OEE results, with value average of Raouf OEE 97,064% and value average of OWEE 97,487%
