Abstract

Kompetensi adalah seperangkat tindakan cerdas, penuh tanggung jawab, yang dimiliki seseorang sebagai syarat untuk dianggap mampu oleh masyarakat dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas dibidang pekerjaan tertentu sehingga kompetensi merupakan salah satu unsur penentu upaya peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Dalam rangka pengembangannya, PT CCBI harus didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai dan perusahaan dapat berkembang cepat. Metode Analitic Network Process (ANP) adalah metode yang mampu mempresentasikan tingkat kepentingan berbagai pihak dengan mempertimbangkan saling keterkaitan antar kriteria dan sub kriteria yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan bobot kriteria kompetensi) serta Menilai kinerja karyawan berbasis kompetensi dengan metode ANP. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT CCBI pada September 2010 sampai maret 2011. Karyawan yang dinilai adalah karyawan bagian General Affair, Quality Assurance, PET Production, RGB Production, Warehousing and Transportation dan Quality Management system. Terdapat dua jenis kuisioner yaitu kuisioner pembobotan dan kuisioner penilaian. Hasil bobot kriteria kompetensi untuk Departemen adalah X1:0.055, X2:0.047, X3: 0.012, X4:0.012, X5:0.005, X6:0.003, X7:0.004, X8:0.095, X9:0.095, X10:0.053, X11:0.158, X12:0.052, X13:0.052, X14:0.062, X15:0.056, X16:0.082, X17:0.037, X18:0.019, X19:0.04 dan X20: 0.057. Hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah dari 29 karyawan bagian supervisor didapatkan 16 karyawan dengan nilai Amat baik, 11 orang mendapatkan nilai baik dan 2 mendapatkan nilai cukup.

English Abstract

Competency is a set of intelligent action, full of responsibility, which is owned by a person as a requirement to be considered capable by the society in carrying out the tasks in the particular job field so that competency is one of the decisive element of the efforts to improve organizational performance. In the framework of its development, PT CCBI must be supported by qualified human resources and competent so that corporate goals can be achieved and the company can grow quickly. Analitic Network Process (ANP) Method is a method that is able to present the the purpose of parties with considering interrelations between the criteria and sub criteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the weights of criteria of competence and assess competency-based employee performance with ANP method. The research was conducted at PT CCBI in September 2010 to March 2011. Employees who are assessed are employees of General Affairs, Quality Assurance, PET Production, RGB Production, Warehousing and Transportation and the Quality Management System. There are two types of questionnaires, weighting questionnaire and assessment questionnaire. The results of weighted criteria competency for the Department is X1: 0055, X2 0047, X3: 0012, X4: 0012, X5: 0005, X6: 0003, X7: 0004, X8: 0095, X9: 0095, X10: 0053, X11: 0158 , X12: 0052, X13: 0052, x 14: 0062, x15: 0056, X16: 0082, X17: 0037, X18: 0019, X19: 0.04 and X20: 0057. The results of performance appraisal of 29employees in supervisor department are 16 employees obtained with the Very good, 11 people get good value and 2 to get enough value.
