Abstract
Supply chain management merupakan suatu pengelolaan atau manajemen organisasi yang saling berkaitan dan berhubungan satu sama lain baik dengan konsumen maupun pemasok dalam suatu proses untuk menghasilkan nilai produk dan jasa bagi konsumen. Setiap perusahaan memerlukannya untuk dapat menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan pemasok, konsumen, dan anggota saluran distribusi lainnya. Supply Chain Management pada setiap perusahaan bertujuan untuk menciptakan manajemen kinerja yang efektif dan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan. Aliran rantai pasok dalam setiap perusahaan memerlukan evaluasi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerjanya. CV. Tani Ternak Makmur (TTM) merupakan perusahaan yang memerlukan kerja sama yang baik dalam setiap aliran yang dimiliki mulai dari produsen, distributor hingga ke tangan konsumen. Dalam menganalisa kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan benchmarking melalui 5 metrik yang sesuai dengan keadaan perusahaan. Metrik yang digunakan antara lain delivery performance, fill rate by line item, order fulfillment lead time, warranty cost as % of revenue dan inventory days of supply. Perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai pembanding adalah PT. Bisi Internasional Tbk. Tahap selanjutnya adalah menganalisis bullwhip effect untuk produk Ratu Biogen dan HANTU. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supply chain management di CV. Tani Ternak Makmur Malang sudah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik untuk pelayanan terhadap konsumen, sedangkan bullwhip effect yang terjadi disebabkan karena order batching yaitu masalah pada keekonomisan pengiriman produk. Cara untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan melakukan perpendekan struktur supply chain. Hal ini dilakukan dengan pembangunan distributor baru melalui gravity location models yang menunjukkan letak yang strategis berada di wilayah Balikpapan.
English Abstract
Supply chain management is a management or organizational management of interrelated and related to one another both with consumers and suppliers in a process to generate value for the consumer products and services. Every company needs it to be able to create good relationships with suppliers, customers, and members of other distribution channels. Supply Chain Management at every company has a purpose to create an effective performance management and continuous improvement. The flow of the supply chain in every company improve needs its performance evaluation. CV. Tani Ternak Makmur (TTM) is a company that requires good cooperation in every stream held from producers, distributors down to the hands of consumers. The means used to analyze corporate performance by using benchmarking through the 5 metric appropriate to the circumstances of the company. Metrics used include delivery performance, fill rate by line item, order fulfillment lead time, warranty cost as% of revenue and inventory days of supply. Company to be used as a comparison is PT. Bisi International Tbk. The next step is to analyze the bullwhip effect for Ratu Biogen and HANTU products. Based on the research indicate that supply chain management in the CV. Tani Ternak Makmur Malang has shown good performance for the service to consumers, while the bullwhip effect which occurs due to order batching is a problem in the economy product delivery. How to cope with doing shortening the supply chain structure. This is done by the construction of new distributors through gravity location models that demonstrate a strategic location in the area of Balikpapan.
