Abstract

Jamur Tiram adalah salah satu jenis jamur kayu, jenis jamur kayu ini sangat banyak dikomsumsi oleh masyarakat. Tubuh buah jamur tiram berbentuk seperti kulit kerang (tiram). Jamur tiram termasuk jenis jamur serbaguna. Selain dikomsumsi dalam bentuk masakan , jamur tiram juga dapat dikomsumsi dalam keadaan mentah/ segar. Konsumen setempat ataupun perusahaan catering dan rumah makan setiap hari membutuhkan jamur tiram sebagai hidangan makananan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain dan merancang bangun rumah jamur tiram serta mengatur kondisi suhu, kelembaban dan mengatur tatak letak instrumentasi yang dikontrol menggunakan perancangan perangkat keras mikrokontroller AT 89S52 sebagai sistem minimum serta perancangan sistem yang menggunakan bahasa assembler. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Daya dan Mesin Pertanian Jurusan Keteknikan Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang mulai bulan Desember2010 sampai Februari 2011. Desain rancang bangun ini tediri dari beberapa bahan yaitu : kayu sebagai kerangka bangunan, fiber dan paranet sebagai bahan penutup atap bangunan, dan plastik UV sebagai bahan penutup dinding. Perancangan alat terbagi menjadi tiga sistem utama yaitu: perancangan sistem mekanis yang meliputi rancangan fungsional berupa fan, heater, sprayer, dan alat pengontrol. Perancangan sistem elektronis yang meliputi perancangan perangkat keras mikrokontroler AT89S52 sebagai sistem minimum serta perancangan sistem perangkat lunak yang menggunakan bahasa assembler. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa nilai suhu dan kelembaban yang berada didalam rancang bangun ini berkisar antara suhu 240C– 280C dan nilai kelembabannya 80% dalam kurun waktu selama 3 hari serta tidak terpengaruh terhadap udara luar yang dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan jamur. apabila nilai suhu dan kelembaban yang berada didalam rancang bangun ini melebihi syarat siklus pertumbuhan jamur maka alat pengontrol akan difungsikan sebagai penyesuaian suhu dan kelembaban dengan pertumbuhan jamur.

English Abstract

Oyster mushroom, The one type of fungus, type of fungus it is very much consumed by the community. Oyster mushroom fruiting body shaped like a shell (oyster). Oyster mushrooms, including species of fungi versatile. Besides consumed in the form of cuisine, oyster mushrooms can also be consumed in a raw state / fresh. Local consumers or corporate catering and home meal every day requires a dish eat, oyster mushrooms. The purpose of this research is to design and build design house oyster mushrooms and set conditions of temperature, humidity and adjust the location of instrumentation Tatak controlled using the hardware design of microcontroller AT 89S52 as a minimum system and designing a system using assembler language. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Resources and Agricultural Engineering Department of Agricultural engineering, UB, Malang began Desember2010 months until February 2011. Design engineering comprises many ingredients which are: wood as a building frame, fiber and paranet as roofing materials of buildings, and UV plastic as the material covering the walls.The design tool is divided into three main systems: design of mechanical systems that include functional design of fan, heater, sprayer, and control equipment. The design of electronic systems which include hardware design AT89S52 microcontroller as well as the minimum system design software systems using assembler language. The test results stated that the value of the temperature and humidity are within the design range between 24oC-28oC temperature and humidity values in the period 80% for 3 days and are not affected to the outside air which may impair the growth of fungi. if the temperature and humidity are within the design exceeds the requirements of this fungal growth cycle then the controller will function as an adjustment to the temperature and humidity with mold growth.
