Abstract
Perusahaan Rokok Trubus Alami adalah salah satu perusahaan penghasil rokok kretek di Malang dengan jumlah produksi sekitar 500 bal per tahun dan memiliki tenaga kerja sebanyak 700 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, upah, hubungan rekan kerja, masa kerja dan pengawasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Trubus Alami. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bagian produksi PR Trubus Alami. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2009. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat Explanatory Research yaitu memberikan penjelasan tentang hubungan kausal antar variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesa. Hasil analisa dilakukan pengujian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda sehingga dapat dibuktikan dan diperoleh kesimpulan pengaruh dari variabel-variabel disiplin kerja, upah, hubungan rekan kerja, masa kerja, dan pengawasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di Perusahaan Rokok Trubus Alami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda : 1,412 + 0,021 X 1 + 0,097 X2 + 0,113 X3 - 0,049 X4 + 0,190 X5. Nilai R Adjusted Square (R 2) yaitu sebesar 0,124 menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan sebesar 12,4%. Dari hasil uji F dapat diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. English Abstract
Trubus Alami Tobacco Company is one of the largest cigarette producers in Malang, with total production of about 500 bales per year and a workforce of 700 people. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline variables, wages, partner relationships, working life and supervision the work of employee productivity in the production of Trubus Natural Tobacco Company. This research was conducted in the production division of Trubus Alami Tobacco Company. The study was conducted in April 2009. This research is Explanatory Research which explains the causal relationship between the variables through testing the research hypotheses. The analysis results carried out testing with multiple linear regression analysis that prove and conclude the influences of the variables of work discipline, wages, partner relationships, working life, and supervision of work on employee productivity in the production section of Trubus Alami Tobacco Company. Based on the obtained research results of multiple linear regression equation: 1.412 + 0.021 X1 + 0.097 X2 + 0.113 X3 - 0.049 X4 + 0.190 X5 , The Adjusted R Square value (R2) is 0.124, which indicates the contribution of the independent variable that explain its influence on 12.4% employee productivity. From the F test results, it can be seen that there is a simultaneous significant influence between the free variables of bound variables. From the T test results, it can be known that there are two variables which have a partial significant effect; those are co-worker relations variables and work supervision.
