Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi sudah dapat dirasakan dalam aspek apapun di kehidupan sehari-hari, tidak terkecuali di bidang pendidikan. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah 1 (MTsM 1) telah memiliki website yang hanya berisi tentang informasi sekolah tersebut. Sedangkan, untuk kegiatan administrasi yang penting seperti memanajemen jadwal mata pelajaran dan merekam presensi secara detail masih dilakukan secara konvesional (tulisan tangan) yang sangatlah rumit dan melelahkan untuk membuat jadwal mata pelajaran. Perekaman presensi yang ada juga tidak efektif karena ketika data tersebut dibutuhkan maka harus mencari dokumen satu persatu. Berdasarkan kondisi diatas dibutuhkan sistem informasi manajemen akademik yang mampu memanajemen jadwal mata pelajaran dan merekam presensi secara detail yang seluruh prosesnya dilakukan secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan hasil analisis dan perancangan dari penelitian sebelumnya menjadi sistem informasi dan menguji sistem informasi manajemen akademik. Pengimplementasian atau kontruksi sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan pattern Model-View-Controller (MVC). Pengujian terhadap fungsionalitas sistem dilakukan untuk menunjukkan bahwa fungsi sistem telah sesuai dengan spesifikasinya dan pengujian terhadap kompabilitas dilakukan untuk menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik pada browser Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, browser iOS, dan browser Android.
English Abstract
Technological developments can already be perceived in any aspect of daily life, without exception in the field of education. MTs Muhammadiyah 1 (MTsM 1) already has a website only contains information about the school. Whereas, for the important administrative activities such as managing the schedule and record the presence in detail is still done in conventional (handwriting) are very complicated and laborious to create a schedule of subjects. The existing record of presence is also ineffective because when the data is required, it must looking for documents one by one. Based on the above conditions required academic information management system that capable for managing the schedule and record the presence in detail, and the entire process is done online. The purpose of this study is to implement the results of the analysis and design of previous research into information systems and test its systems. Implementation or the construction of the system is done by applying pattern Model-View-Controller (MVC). Tests on the functionality of the system is done to show that the system functions in accordance with the specification and testing of the compatibility done to show that the system can run in the browser Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, browsers iOS and browser Android.
