Abstract
Investasi TI saat ini memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya investasi TI dapat membantu efektifitas kerja organisasi tersebut. Investasi TI yang diterapkan dalam perusahaan harus selaras dengan dengan biaya yang telah dikeluarkan dan jangan sampai biaya dalam investasi TI ini lebih besar daripada pemasukan yang didapat perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peringkat kelayakan investasi sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan oleh KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri. KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri merupakan sebuah koperasi simpan pinjam yang sudah menerapkan investasi IT seperti Sistem Informasi Syari’ah (SIRKAH) dan Sistem Komputerisasi NPL (SKNPL). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Information Economics (IE). Dengan analisis ini maka dapat diketahui apakah biaya yang dikeluarkan sebanding dengan manfaat yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, wawancara, penelitian lapangan, dan metode analisis. KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri termasuk dalam kuadran A yaitu “investasi” karena memiliki dukungan bisnis kuat tetapi dukungan teknologi lemah. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode Information Economics (IE) menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIRKAH memiliki ROI sebesar 28,1% yang masuk ke dalam score1 dan aplikasi SKNPL memiliki ROI sebesar 481,3% yang masuk ke dalam score2. Aplikasi SIRKAH memiliki project score sebesar 46, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan oleh KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri memiliki predikat ‘baik’. Untuk aplikasi SKNPL memiliki project score sebesar 32, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan oleh KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri memiliki predikat ‘cukup’.
English Abstract
The current IT investment has a huge influence in an organization.With the IT investment can help the effectiveness of the organizations work.IT investments are implemented within the company must be aligned with the costs incurred and should not be charged in IT investments is greater than the income acquired companies.The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of investment ratings information systems implemented by KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri.KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri is a savings and loan cooperatives that have implemented IT investments such as Information Systems of Sharia (SIRKAH) and NPL Computerized Systems (SKNPL). This research was conducted using the method of Information Economics (IE).By this analysis, it can be known whether the cost is comparable to the benefits obtained.The research method used is a literature review, interviews, field research, and analysis methods.KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri included in quadrant A, namely "investment" because it has a strong business support but weak technology support.From the analysis using the Information Economics (IE) method showed that the SIRKAH application has an ROI of 28.1% that goes into the score 1 and SKNPL applications have an ROI of 481.3% that goes into the score 2. SIRKAH application had project scores of 46, this indicates that the investment information system implemented by KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri has a predicate good. For SKPL application have a project score of 32, this indicates that the investment information system implemented by KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri has a predicate enough.
