Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja di sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting dalam menentukan rekomendasi pengangkatan karyawan tetap dan perencanaan masa depan. Salah satu cara dalam melakukan pengangkatan karyawan tetap di perusahaan ini adalah dengan menyeleksi prestasi terbaik dari karyawan kontrak. Penilaian kinerja karyawan kontrak mutlak harus dilakukan untuk mengetahui prestasi yang akan dicapai oleh setiap karyawan kontrak. Namun, perusahaan memiliki caranya masing-masing dalam melakukan penilaian prestasi kinerja karyawan kontrak. Pada praktiknya, kegiatan penilaian atas prestasi kerja para karyawan kontrak harus dilakukan dengan metode yang baik dan tepat, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan penilaian. Hasil penilaian yang dilakukan harus dapat menjamin perlakuan secara adil serta memuaskan bagi para karyawan kontrak yang di nilai, sehingga pada gilirannya menumbuhkan loyalitas dan semangat etos kerja. Maka Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan kontrak dalam menentukan rekomendasi yang tepat dengan cara memperbaiki metode penilaian dari performance appraisal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti ingin menggunakan metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting yang dipilih untuk melakukan penilaian dan perangkingan karyawan kontrak. Terdapat delapan kriteria yang digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan yaitu (1) Perencanaan Kerja, (2) Pengorganisasian, (3) Kontrol, (4) Pengambilan Keputusan, (5) Inisiatif/Kreatifitas, (6) Disiplin dan Tanggung Jawab, (7) Keuletan dan Keteladanan, (8) Hasil Kerja Kelompok/Individu. Dari kriteria tersebut akan di cari penilaian berdasarkan bobot dari setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal. Dari hasil pengujian fungsional dari sistem didapatkan hasil sebesar 100%, hal ini dapat diimplementasikan bahwa sistem ini mampu berjalan sesuai prosedur dengan baik dan telah menyesuaikan analisis kebutuhan sebelumnya, sementara untuk hasil pengujian akurasi didapatkan sebesar 90%, hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan membandingkan hasil perangkingan sistem dengan hasil keputusan manual di PT Cakra Guna Cipta Malang.

English Abstract

Performance measurement in a company is important in deciding on the appointment of permanent employees and future planning. One way of doing appointment of permanent employees in this company is to select the best achievements of employee contracts. Contract employee performance assessment absolutely must be done to determine the accomplishments to be achieved by each employee contracts. However, the company has its own way of doing performance appraisal employee performance contract. In practice, the assessment on employee job performance contract must be performed by a method well and right, so there is no error in assessment. The results of the assessment should ensure fair treatment for employees and satisfy the contract in value, so that in turn foster a spirit of loyalty and work ethic. Then the decision support system is a solution that can be used to help the assessment of employee performance contracts in determining the appropriate recommendations by improving the method of performance appraisal ratings. Based on these problems, researchers want to use Fuzzy Simple Additive weighting method chosen for assessing and ranking the employees performance contracts. There are eight criteria used for the assessment of employee performance: (1) Work Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) control, (4) Decision, (5) Initiatives/Creativity, (6) Discipline and Responsibility, (7) tenacity and Modeling, (8) The results of the Working Group/Individual. Those criteria will find a rating based on the weight of each attribute, then do ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative. Based on results of functional testing, functional system has 100% accuration, it’s means system can work perfectly apropriate to procedure and adjusting analysis before, while on the results of testing the accuracy obtained by 90%, it can be shown by comparing results on ranking system with the decision of the manual in PT Cakra Guna Cipta Malang.
