Abstract
Pemeliharaan sarana prasarana merupakan bagian dari rangkaian proses pemeliharaan barang. Proses pemeliharaan sarana prasarana yang ada saat ini masih belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus. Masalah yang ditimbulkan karena tidak mempunyai aplikasi khusus tersebut antara lain pertama staff bagian umum dan perlengkapan harus mengecek satu persatu barang yang rusak, kedua unit kerja yang ada di PTIIK harus datang sendiri ke staff bagian umum dan perlengkapan untuk memberitahu barang yang mengalami kerusakan di PTIIK, ketiga staff bagian umum dan perlengkapan harus datang sendiri ke kasubag dan wakil ketua II untuk menyerahkan laporan kondisi barang perbulan. Sehingga hal tersebut tidak memudahkan staff bagian umum dan perlengkapan untuk memelihara dan memantau sarana prasarana di PTIIK. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang memudahkan pihak – pihak terkait dalam proses pemeliharaan dan pemantauan sarana prasarana yaitu pengelolaan barang, pengelolaan perbaikan barang, mengetahui laporan kondisi barang perbulan, dan dapat mengetahui status perbaikan barang. Sistem informasi yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan waerfall dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database My SQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Selain itu sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat diakses di web browser handphone sehingga memudahkan pihak – pihak terkait untuk mengakses sistem dimanapun dan kapanpun berada. Hasil penelitian ini adalah struktur data, aplikasi dan teknologi, kedua hasil yang didapat dari pengujian blackbox dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perangkat lunak yang dibutuhkan, dan ketiga hasil dari pengujian user acceptance test didapat pengguna setuju pada semua faktor, yaitu faktor kemudahan sebesar 80,5%, faktor manfaat sebesar 81,95%, faktor penerimaan sebesar 84,71%.
English Abstract
Property maintenance is a part of the goods maintenance. Goods property and infrastructure maintenance process is lack of specific application using. The problems appear due to that lacking of specific application such as: 1. General and equipment staff has to check broken property one by one. 2. Cooperation unit of PTIIK have to come by themself to tell the general and equipment staff that there are broken property in PTIIK. 3. General and equipment staff have to come to vice of head officer and second-vice head officer to submit monthly property condition report. Those problems won’t make easy for general and equipment staff to maintain and observe media and infrastucture in PTIIK. To overcome those problems, an information system is needed. This infrastructure system will ease the duty of those who are involved int the process of property maintenance and observation. The process include: property management, property reparation management, make sure the monthly property condition report exactly, and make sure property reparation status. In this research, the information system built using the ‘waterfall’ approach with PHP programming language, and My SQL database as data storage platform. Besides, the system can be accessed through mobile phone by using mobile browser. It will make easy for those whoever wants to access the system anywhere and everytime. The result of this research are as follows: (1) the data structure, application, and technology, (2) the result gotten from the blackbox experiment can fulfill the needs of software which is expected, (3) from the user acceptance test, it can be conclude that most of the users agree with all factors with the persentage of 80,5% on ease factor, 81,95% on advantage factor, and 84,71% an acceptance factor.
