Abstract

Analisis sentimen bertugas untuk klasifikasi teks dari sebuah dokumen, kalimat, atau konten lainnya menjadi kelompok sentimen positif dan negatif. Analisis sentimen dapat digunakan untuk mengamati kecenderungan sentimen atas suatu isu sebagai suatu hal positif atau negatif. Penelitian ini menyelesaikan kasus analisis sentimen terhadap opini film dengan pendekatan berbasis kamus yang menggunakan kata kunci positif, negatif, negasi positif, dan negasi negatif. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembelajaran mesin menggunakan metode klasifikasi NWKNN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kamus dapat digunakan untuk merepresentasikan suatu dokumen dalam sentimen positif atau negatif dan NWKNN dapat melakukan klasifikasi dengan rata-rata f-measure mencapai 82%

English Abstract

Sentiment analysis is used to classify text from a document, sentence, or other contents into groups of positive and negative. Sentiment analysis can be used to observe the trend of sentiment on an issue as a positive and a negative thing. The research has completed the study analysis sentiment case towards the films opinion with a lexicon-based approach which uses the keywords of positive, negative, positive negation, and negative negation. Then, it will be processed using a machine learning classification methods named NWKNN. The results of the research show that a lexicon can be used to represent a document in a positive or negative sentiment, as well NWKNN can classify with an average F-Measure up to 82%
