Abstract
Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) adalah kumpulan beberapa kelompok tani yang bergabung dan bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan skala ekonomi dan efisiensi usaha. Peran Gapoktan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Rendahnya kesejahteraan petani ini terjadi karena petani menjual produk pertanian hasil panen begitu saja kepada tengkulak. Sistem pemasaran yang ada saat ini berupa sistem informasi Gapoktan berbasis web yang bisa digunakan secara optimal jika menggunakan Personal Computer (PC) atau laptop. Web dibuat untuk memiliki tampilan atau user interface, yang membuat akses informasi menjadi berat karena pengguna harus mengunduh juga user interface web. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, perlu dibuat sebuah sistem berbasis smartphone yang mudah dan ringan untuk diakses. Aplikasi mobile berbasis android yang mengimplementasi semua fitur dari sistem informasi Gapoktan berbasis web (SI Gapoktan Mobile) merupakan aplikasi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini. Aplikasi ini mengakses layanan web service dalam format XML dan memetakan informasi sesuai dengan fitur yang ada. Antarmuka akan ditanamkan di SI Gapoktan Mobile. Uji coba yang dilakukan adalah pengujian validasi dan pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) ke penyuluh dan ke Gapoktan. Hasil pengujian UAT menunjukan bahwa 100% responden penyuluh dan 100% responden Gapoktan berpendapat bahwa aplikasi ini memang benar-benar dibutuhkan di lapangan. 87.5 % responden penyuluh dan 100% responden gapoktan juga berpendapat bahwa aplikasi mudah untuk dipahami.
English Abstract
Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) is an association of farmer who affiliate and corporate to improve economics scales and business efficiency. Gapoktan is expected to improve the welfare of farmers. Low welfare of the farmer happen because the farmers selling agricultural products to middleman directly. Marketing system that exists currently is Gapoktan web-based information systems that can be used optimally if using a Personal Computer (PC) or laptop. Web is made to have the appearance or user interface, which makes access of information become heavy because the user have to download web user interface also. To overcome this problem, needs to be made an easy Smartphone -based system and lightweight to access. Android based mobile application implements all of the features Gapoktan web-based information system (SI Gapoktan Mobile) is an application that resulting in this research. This application is accessing the web service in the format of XML and mapping information based existing features. The user interface will be implanted in SI Gapoktan Mobile. An experiment performed is validation testing and testing User Acceptance Test (UAT) to instructor and Gapoktan. UAT test results show that 100% instructor respondents and 100% Gapoktan respondents says the application is really needed. 87.5 % of instructor respondents and the 100% Gapoktan respondents also says the application easy to understand.
