Abstract
Mikro Kredit Sales (MKS) adalah salah satu profesi dalam lingkup perbankan yang berperan dalam melayani Kredit Usaha Mikro. Bank Mandiri merupakan salah satu Bank di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan Kredit Usaha Mikro untuk para nasabahnya. Layanan Kredit Usaha Mikro Bank Mandiri tentunya membutuhkan Pegawai MKS yang kompeten dan berikualitas. Proses seleksi penerimaan Pegawai MKS yang dilakukan Bank Mandiri untuk mendapatkan pegawai yang kompeten dan berkualitas kurang memaksimalkan teknologi komputer sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan. Untuk memenuhi proses seleksi penerimaan pegawai yang efektif dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat. Sistem yang digunakan untuk seleksi penerimaan pegawai tersebut menerapkan metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) yang digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif dan pengambilan keputusan. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam proses penilaian kandidat dan perhitungan sistem meliputi kriteria latar belakang data diri, Motivational fit, Orientasi layanan, Kemampuan intrapersonal, Orientasi prestasi, Kemampuan menjual, Kepecayaan diri, Dapat dipercaya, dan Etos kerja. Hasil pengujian akurasi terhadap data benchmark menunjukkan jika sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi penerimaan pegawai MKS menggunakan metode AHP-SAW memiliki kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan metode seleksi yang digunakan Bank Mandiri saat ini. Nilai tingkat akurasi sistem terhadap data benchmark sebesar 83,33%. Sementara nilai tingkat akurasi metode seleksi Bank mandiri terhadap data benchmark sebesar 61,11%.
English Abstract
Micro Credit Sales is one of the professions within the scope of banking that provides micro credit service. Bank Mandiri is one of the Banks in Indonenia that provides micro credit service for their customers. Micro credit service of Bank Mandiri requires competent and qualified employee for Micro Credit Sales. Employee selection process for Micro Credit Sales that is conducted by Bank Mandiri to get competent and qualified employees less optimizes computer technology, so it takes a long time to make decisions. To fulfill the effective selection process, Bank Mandiri needs a system that is able to produce a fast and accurate decision. The system used for the selection of the personnel recruitment implements Analytical Hierarchy Process method (AHP) that is used for the weighting of criteria and Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) that is used to rank the alternative and decision-making. The Criteria used in the evaluation process of candidates and calculation process includes personal data, motivational fit, orientation of service, intrapersonal ability, achievements, ability to sell, confident, trustworthiness, and work ethic. The result of accuracy testing against benchmark data shows that the decision support system for recruitment Micro Credit Sales using AHP-SAW method has the better performance than recruitment method that used by the Mandiri Bank today. The accuracy rate of the system result against benchmark data is 83,33%. And the accuray rate of the Mandiri bank result against benchmark data is 61,11%.
