Abstract
Sistem Informasi pengadaan dan pengambilan bahan material merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat menangani masalah pengadaan bahan material, penerimaan bahan material dan pengambilan bahan material yang ada di gudang. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan sebuah analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi pengadaan dan pengambilan bahan material pada PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia. Pada PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia masih melakukan pencatatan mengenai pengadaan bahan material, penerimaan bahan material dan pengambilan bahan material. Dalam hal ini penulis mencoba untuk memberikan gambaran baru mengenai proses bisnis yang lebih baik untuk masalah pengadaan, penerimaan bahan material dan pengambilan bahan material. Dari proses bisnis tersebut penulis juga merancang sebuah sistem informasi menggunakan Bussiness Process Improvement. Penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan proses bisnis dan prototipe sistem informasi pendukungnya. Hasil pengujian menggunakan analisa fit/gap, pengujian black box dan user acceptance test. Dan dari analisa fit/gap menunjukkan yaitu Eliminated dengan Fit sebesar 58%, Simplify dengan Fit sebesar 62%, Integrated dengan Partial sebesar 50% dan Automated dengan Partial sebesar 50%. Pada pengujian blackbox, hasil pengujian sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan dan pengujian user acceptance test (UAT) menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata responden setuju dengan kemudahan dan manfaat sistem informasi pengadaan dan pengambilan bahan material pada PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia.
English Abstract
Procurement information system and taking materials are a system that can handle about the problem of materials procurement, receipt of materials and taking materials in the warehouse. In this research author perform an analysis and design of procurement information system and procurement of materials at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia. PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia still keep records about procurement of materials, receipt of materials and taking materials. In this case the author try to a new idea give about the better processes of business for the problem of materials procurement, receipt of materials and taking materials. Business processes, the writers also design an information system using Bussiness Process Improvement. This research proposes improved business processes prototype of the supporting information system. From the results of the analysis of the fit/gap are Eliminated with Fit equal 58%, Simplify with Fit equal 62%, Integrated with Partial equal to 50% and Automated with Partial equal to 50%. Mean while, the result of black box testing obtained that procurement information system and taking materials at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia has been running as expected. The test User Acceptance Test (UAT) shows that the average respondent agrees with the ease and benefits of Procurement information system and taking materials at PT. Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia.
