Abstract
Perhitungan suara pada pemilihan umum dilakukan secara bertahap, yaitu dimulai dari proses perhitungan suara di tempat pemungutan suara (TPS) sampai proses perhitungan suara digabungkan menjadi satu dalam tempat yang sama. Proses perhitungan suara membutuhkan waktu yang lama, bisa mencapai seminggu bahkan sebulan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadi ketidakpastian informasi terhadap pemenang dalam pemilihan umum. Perhitungan suara cepat yang disebut Quickcount merupakan salah satu cara dalam melakukan perhitungan suara pada pemilihan umum dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan secara acak terhadap beberapa sample TPS yang telah ditentukan. Pengumpulan data hasil suara disetiap TPS sample dilakukan oleh beberapa relawan(surveyor) yang memantau langsung ketika perhitungan suara di TPS. Relawan (surveyor) akan melaporkan hasil suara tersebut ke pusat pengumpulan suara. Hal ini dibutuhkan sistem untuk menghubungkan beberapa surveyor agar data hasil suara dapat digabungkan menjadi satu. Sehingga quickcount hasil pemilihaan umum dapat diketahui secara cepat oleh masyarakat melalui website sistem hitung cepat.
English Abstract
Calculation of voice at general election conducted step by step, beginning of the process of vote counting at polling stations until the vote counting process are combined into one in the same place. vote counting process takes a long time, can reach one week or even one month. This can lead to the uncertainty information in the general election winner. Calculation of voice swiftly the so-called Quick Count represent one way of doing calculation of voice at general election by using calculation method at random to some polling stations sample which have been determined. Data collecting result of voice in every polling stations sample conducted by some volunteers which watching directly when counting of vote at polling stations. Volunteers will report the results of the vote to the polling center. This matter is required by system to connect some volunteers in order to data result of vote can be combine into one. So that quick count result of general election can be seen quickly by public through the website quick count.
