Abstract
Universitas Brawijaya telah menetapkan kategori-kategori biaya masuk sesuai kemampuan mahasiswa yang ada. Informasi mengenai pembayaran Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) untuk tahun ajaran 2013/2014 harus dibayarkan langsung selama satu tahun pada tahun pertama. Peneliti menerapkan metode Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor dalam klasifikasi yang dilakukan. Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor merupakan metode yang mampu memberikan sebuah keputusan dalam bentuk klasifikasi yang terbagi atas kategori tertentu yang dasar pengklasifikasiannya didapat dari hasil perhitungan dan analisa data latih yang ada. Dari asil penelitian dengan berbagai parameter dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini menghasilkan akurasi yang optimal, yaitu sebesar 95,92% untuk jalur SBNMPTN/SNMPTN dan 96,1% untuk jalur SPMK.
English Abstract
Brawijaya University adjust their tuition and fees for freshman students based on their financial capabilities. Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) for academic year 2013/2014 had to be paid full for the first year. Author implemented Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor in this research classifying process. Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor is a method that has the ability to present a decision in a form of a category that is based on calculations and the training data analysis. From the obtained result, it can be concluded that Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor method which is used in this research has an optimal accuracy in the amount of 95, 92% for SBNMPTN/SNMPTN and 96,1% for SPMK.
