Abstract

Kota Malang merupakan kawasan endemik demam berdarah yang terletak pada dataran tinggi dengan 293 kasus pada tahun 2015. Jumlah kasus tertinggi terletak pada Kecamatan Lowokwaru dengan 151 kasus, sedangkan terendah pada Kecamatan Blimbing dengan 23 kasus. Keberlangsungan hidup nyamuk pada dataran tinggi tidak terlepas dari perubahan iklim global serta fenomena urban heat island (UHI), ditandai dengan suhu permukaan tinggi, kelembaban udara rendah, serta sedikit tutupan vegetasi yang disinyalir bertanggung jawab mendukung transmisi penyakit dengue oleh nyamuk Aedes Aegypti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kasus demam berdarah dengue pada tahun 2015 di Kecamatan Lowokwaru dan Kecamatan Blimbing terhadap penutup lahan, suhu permukaan, curah hujan, topografi, kepadatan penduduk dan kepadatan bangunan. Sistem informasi geografis, penginderaan jauh terkait suhu permukaan dan data dari instansi terkait digunakan untuk mendukung analisis autokorelasi spasial, tabulasi silang, korelasi dan regresi. Hasil uji autokorelasi spasial menunjukkan adanya pengelompokan kasus demam berdarah pada Kecamatan Lowokwaru, sedangkan pada Kecamatan Blimbing pola kasus demam berdarah cenderung menyebar meskipun nilai Moran’s I sangat kecil. Hasil analisis spasial menunjukkan luas lahan terbangun berpengaruh terhadap kasus demam berdarah pada Kecamatan Lowokwaru, sedangkan pada Kecamatan Blimbing kepadatan penduduk berpengaruh terhadap kasus demam berdarah.

English Abstract

Malang was endemic dengue area located in the highland with 293 cases in 2015. The highest cases located on Lowokwaru district with 151 incidence, while the lowest is on Blimbing district with 23 insidence. Mosquito survival in the highland related to climate change and urban heat island phenomenon, witch characterized by high temperature, low humidity, and poor vegetation cover that considered to favor the transmission of the mosquito-borne dengue fever that is transmitted by the aedes aegypti mosquito. This study aims to determine the relationship between dengue incidence in 2015 on Lowokwaru district and Blimbing district againts land cover, land surface temperature, rainfall, topography, population density and bulding density. Geographical information system, thermal remote sensing images, and related data were used to perform spatial autocorrelation, crosstab, correlate and regression. Spatial autocorrelation test results showed clustering of dengue cases in the Lowokwaru district, whereas in Blimbing district pattern of dengue cases tend to dispersed even though the value of Morans I was very small. The results of spatial analysis showed that built area (land cover) correlated significantly with dengue cases on Lowokwaru district. Blimbing district showed that population density was affect to dengue cases.
