Abstract
Kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno merupakan salah satu daya tarik kawasan wisata bersejarah di Kota Blitar. Terdapat aktivitas utama yaitu berziarah di makam Ir. Soekarno. Selain itu, terdapat berbagai macam produk wisata di kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno seperti pertokoan, pedagang kaki lima, dan pasar wisata. Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung, perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas produk wisata di kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno. Kualitas produk wisata yang perlu ditingkatkan antara lain pada fasilitas pertokoan dan pedagang kaki lima (PKL) yang menggunakan trotoar untuk berjualan. Sehingga pengunjung yang berjalan kaki di trotoar kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno menjadi tidak merasa nyaman. Pada kondisi ruang parkir yang berada di area Pusat Informasi Pariwisata dan Perdagangan (PIPP) sudah baik, namun masih ada pengunjung yang memarkir kendaraan pribadi di sepanjang jalan Moch. Hatta dan Ir. Soekarno. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif terkait produk wisata di kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno dan analisis persepsi pengunjung dengan menggunakan Kano Model. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kualitas produk wisata dalam karakteristik wilayah studi yang menjadi daya tarik pengunjung di kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno. Menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk wisata untuk kepuasan pegunjung di kawasan wisata makam Bung Karno dengan menggunakan analisis kano model. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi penataan pertokoan, Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di pedestrian, dan ruang parkir on street di kawasan wisata Makam Bung Karno.
English Abstract
The Bung Karno grave tourism area is a historical tourism attraction in Blitar City. Main activity in Bung Karno grave tourism area is pilgrimage Ir. Soekarno grave. In addition, there is a wide range of tourism products in this area such as shops, street vendors, and tourist markets. To increase the satisfaction of tourists is expect to improved tourist product quality in Bung Karno grave tourism area. Improving the quality of tourist products such as shops and street vendors using the sidewalks for selling. Because of that, tourist feel so uncomfortable when walking in pedestrian way. The Condition of parking area in the tourism and trade information area (PIPP) was good, but tourist drained park on street in Moch. Hatta and Ir. Soekarno road. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the tourist product in the Bung Karno grave tourism and tourist perception analysis using the Kano Model for the goal. The purpose of this research are identify the tourist products qulity in Bung Karno grave tourism area. Recommendation to improve the tourism product quality for tourists satisfaction in tomb of Bung Karno tourism area using Kano Model Analysis. Result of this research is recommendation to arrange shops, street vendors in pedestrian way, and parking on street in Bung Karno grave tourism area
