Abstract
Kusuma Agrowisata merupakan salah satu objek wisata agro unggulan yang terdapat di Kota Batu. Adanya pergeseran perkembangan kota yang dulu sebagai “Kota Pertanian” menjadi “Kota Wisata” diakibatkan oleh semakin menurunnya produksi apel menjadikan agrowisata sebagai salah satu destinasi yang memiliki nilai historis dalam pengembangan wisata yang mampu menyajikan atraksi wisata dan apel yang merupakan primadona dari Kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan skenario prioritas pengelolaan Kusuma Agrowisata terkait daya dukung wisatanya dalam menunjang aktivitas pengunjung dalam berwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan daya dukung wisata berdasarkan rumus Cifuentes (1992) termodifikasi yang terdiri dari Daya Dukung Fisik (Physical Carrying Capacity/PCC), Daya Dukung Riil (Real Carying Capacity/RCC) dan Daya Dukung Efektif (Effective Carying Capacity/ECC). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi literatur, pembagian kuisioner dan wawancara terbatas. Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai daya dukung wisata dan skenario prioritas dalam pengelolaan Kusuma Agrowisata. Hasil dari perhitungan daya dukung berdasarkan metode Cifuentes (1992) termodifikasi, didapatkan hasil dukung fisik (Physical Carrying Capacity/PCC) sebesar 3.475.362 pengunjung/tahun; daya dukung riil (Real Carying Capacity/RCC) sebesar 27.916 pengunjung/tahun; dan daya dukung efektif (Effective Carying Capacity/ECC) sebesar 7.258 pengunjung/tahun. Prioritas skenario pengelolaan Kusuma Agrowisata didasarkan pada hasil prosentase prioritas didapatkan skenario yang paling dominan berdasarkan persepsi stakeholder yaitu membatasi jumlah pengunjung wisata dan meningkatkan management capacity.
English Abstract
Kusuma Agrowisata as one of the leading tourist attractions located in Batu. The shift in the development of Batu used as the "City of Agriculture" to "City Tour" which is caused by the decline in the production of apples make agrotourism as one of the destinations that have historical value in the development of tourism that is able to present a tourist attraction and an apple which is the belle of Batu city. This study aims to formulate scenario related to Kusuma Agrowisata’s carrying capacity to support visitor’s activities. The method used in this study is calculation of tourism carrying capacity based Cifuentes formula (1992) modified consisting of Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC), Real Carrying Capacity (RCC), Management Capacity (MC) and Effective Carrying Capacity (ECC). Data collected through observation, literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires. The conclusions of this study shows value of tourism carrying capacity and priority in the management scenario Kusuma agrowisata. From the results of the assessment of the tourism carrying capacity based on Cifuentes methods (1992) modified-delivering results that Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC) amounted to 3.475.362 visitors/year, Real Carrying Capacity (RCC) amounted to 27.916 visitors/year, and Effective Carrying Capacity (ECC) of 7.258 visitors/year. Priority scenario for Kusuma Agro management based on the results of percentage of priority, which obtained the most dominant scenario based on the perception of stakeholders by limiting the number of touris’st visitors, and improving management capacity.
