Abstract
Bermain merupakan aktivitas fisik, dan salah satu faktor mempengaruhi tingkat aktivitas fisik adalah akses kepada ruang terbuka publik, termasuk taman, sehingga dalam kaitannya dengan aktivitas fisik anak-anak, aspek lingkungan fisik dan sosial di sekitar tempat anak-anak hidup merupakan hal penting. Namun pola penggunaan lahan di lokasi penelitian yakni Kelurahan Jodipan, dimana Kelurahan Jodipan merupakan kelurahan terpadat kedua yang terpadat di Kecamatan Blimbing, masih belum mewadahi kebutuhan alamiah anak-anak untuk bermain, hal ini terlihat bahwa masih belum disediakan lahan bagi anak-anak untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan bermain. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik aktivitas bermain anak , karakteristik ruang terbuka sebagai ruang bermain anak, pola pemanfaatan berdasarkan perilaku dan persepsi anak mengenai ruang bermain. Analisis deskriptif digunakan melalui pendeskripsian menggunakan gambar, foto, dan pemetaan perilaku berdasarkan tempat sebagai gambaran visual dan spasial dari analisis deskriptif. Variabel yang akan dideskripsikan yaitu kondisi ruang terbuka sebagai ruang bermain anak, aktivitas anak di ruang terbuka, dan pola pemanfaatan berdasarkan perilaku anak dalam menggunakan ruang terbuka sebagai tempat bermain di Kelurahan Jodipan. Metode analisis evaluatif digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi anak terhadap ruang bermain di luar rumah yang harus memiliki empat atribut yakni aksesibilitas, keamanan, kemudahan, kesempatan berinteraksi dengan anak lain. Metode evaluatif tersebut menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak bermain dengan memanfaatkan ruang disekitar rumah mereka untuk bermain, lahan luas untuk bermain di Kelurahan Jodipan tidak tersedia namun anak-anak memanfaatkan jalan atau halaman rumah sebagai tempat bermain, bahkan terdapat anak yang memanfaatkan rel kereta api atau sempadan sungai sebagai lahan bermain mereka. Persepsi anak masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) dalam menyikapi permasalahan ruang terbuka sebagai tempat aktivitas bermain, bahwa sebenarnya anak memahami kondisi ruang bermain yang ada dilingkungannya. Bagaimanapun, anak beradaptasi dilingkungannya sehingga mereka tetap dapat melakukan aktivitas yang menurut mereka menyenangkan yakni bermain. Rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan pemenuhan hak anak untuk bermain tentunya harus mempertimbangkan aspek aksesibilitas, kemudahan, keamanan serta kesempatan anak untuk berinteraksi dengan anak lainnya.
English Abstract
Play is physical activity, and one of the factors influencing the physical activity level is access to public open spaces, including parks, so that in relation to physical activity of children, physical and social environmental aspects around places kids life is important. But the pattern of land use at the site of the research which is the village Jodipan, where Jodipan is the most populous administrative subdivisions of the second most populous town in Blimbing, still do not embody the natural needs of children to play, it is seen that still has not provided land for the children to engage in play activities. Descriptive methods of analysis used to determine the characteristics of the activity playground, open space characteristics as a childrens playroom, the pattern of utilization based on behavior and perceptions regarding childrens playroom. A descriptive analysis was used through his work on the use of images, photos, and mapping based on the behavior of the visual and spatial description of the descriptive analysis. Evaluative methods of analysis used to determine the perceptions of childrens playroom outside the home should have four attributes: accessibility, security, ease, the opportunity to interact with other children. Results of this study show that children play with leverage of space around their homes to play, land area to play on Neighborhood Jodipan were not available but the kids take advantage of the road or home page as a place to play, there are even children who make use of the railway or the border of the River as their playing fields. Childrens perception of the low income community (MBR) in addressing problems of open space as a place to play, that the actual activity of the child understand the condition existing to be the play room. However, children adapt so they can still be doing activities according to their delight that is playing. Recommendations are in accordance with the fulfilment of childrens rights to play certainly should consider aspects of accessibility, convenience, security and opportunity for children to interact with other children.
